Clean hotel

The noise levels in the bedroom were so high that the windows were rattling every 5 minutes when a plan took off. It felt like I had my bad on the runway without any noise insulation

Near to airport

Positives: close to airport; shuttle was efficient Negatives: room was shabby; things were broken (the bedside lamp was falling apart, the toilet didn't flush properly); the bottom sheet on the bed didn't cover the mattress at the foot; one staff person told us breakfast started at 7AM (too late for us) but when we got to lobby at 6AM for our shuttle, others were eating; shuttle system was confusing (you had to ask for a ticket).

Conveniently located by Congonhas airport. Hotel is clean. Had issues with keyless entry system. Had to reactivate daily. Otherwise, it’s an efficient hotel for short or long stays. Thanks

What i liked first. Room was nice, spatious and comfortable, well maintained and clean, as well as common areas. So if your interested mostly in that you d be satisfied. Area is not the best , but right in front of the Coghonas airport and guarulhos express bus stop, which is a valuable point. What i was disappointed of was the sport facility that for me is paramount; pool closed, the gym cardio machines had obviously not been maintained or checked lately. Two out of three bikes were unusable, pedals not fixed, one treadmill would not incline, so when several people were there the options were limited, which is a waste since the gym would have been pretty good and big otherwise, with lots of weights, if well maintained i would have been satisfied. Note: it closes at 10pm, and pretty strict about that , which does not make much sense. You should give 24hrs access for travelers with different schedules, delays,jet leg, etc. Anither thing: check in process longer than the average.

El Servicio de Recepción PESIMO la peor educacion, todos de mal humor, reservamos 2 suites y como no tenian disponibles porque las habian sobrevendido nos dieron otras 2 de menor categoria la primera noche, al dia siguiente llegamos por la noche y nos dieron una habitación que era de un propietario la cual IRRESPONSABLEMENTE mandaron a una persona porque no habría la llave que nos habian dado , ni siquiera marcaba el elevador, a que nos abriera la habitación, cual fue la sorpresa que como ellos en el transcurso del dia nos tenian que cambiar a la Suite que habiamos pagado NO estaban. Nuestras maletas y la habitación estaba sucia con el baño con 3 cepillos de dientes la refrigeradora con comida , los sanitarios sucios ya que resulta que la habitación era de un Propietario y no de una habitación de Alquiler del hotel ( que descontrlol por parte de la gente de recepción que manda a abrir y a querer ubicarnos en una habitación que no siquiera sabian que no estaba disponible) y a partir que nos quejamos nuevamente por este otro inconveniente todos los de recepción se rehusaban a ayudarnos a apoyarnos a conseguir un taxi para el Aeropuerto, nos negaban el cambio de dolares a Reales, no contestaban el telefono cuando llamabamos desde la habitación, teniamos que bajar a recepción y reportar a la gerente Sarah lo que estaba pasando y a pesar que resolvia en el momento los problemas seguian. Comparti mi experiencia con amigos que se hospedaron hace 15 dias en otro evento y pesimo servi

Clean, staff very polite and helpful delicious food

It was very convenient localed, 4 min from the airport. Very friend staff and very clean. The only thing is that bedroom's carpet was outdated and stained. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the eSuites Congonhas. The staff was very friendly and patient with me, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was attractive and pleasant, and the restaurant was great. I chose it because of its free shuttle to the airport close by, but it exceeded my expectations!

Property is under major construction, renovation that shouldn’t be opened considering there is debris and dirt everywhere. The hotel is very old.

The property is under remodeling, but very busy, the front desk is hidden in the back entrance with no instructions, the front is all damaged, unsafe to walk and impossible to roll your bags. The apartment is spacious but outdated, no outlets by the bed for phone chargers, shower area with mold, burnt light bulbs all over the place… nobody answers the front desk phone.

ESuite is a convenient hotel, close to shopping, airport, easy to find. The receptionists are very friendly and professionals. The restaurant needs improvement about food to auxiliar people with different health conditions and they ar not much open to it. The hotel has a beautiful pool and a great gym. I think they could make a better lobby area.

Business hotel with good location for business traveler. The rooms are ok and good size. Breakfast is nice. The property needs a good renovation and an upgrade to facilities
