Bom: recepção e pintura dos quartos e cafe da manhã.
Ruim: paredes dos quartos em gesso DryWall, portanto sem privacidade; os quartos são divisões internas montadas dentro de um vão livre do andar. Por isso, não existem janelas para a área externa, prejudicando a ventilação.
Péssimo: camas antigas e muito estreitas. Se vc virar na cama, vc cai no chão! Eu sendo magro sofri. Imagine se eu fosse acima do peso? Uma vergonha essa cama!

Realmente acústica é muito ruim, se escuta até o ronco da pessoa do quarto vizinho. Sem janela no quarto… não recomendo. A vantagem foi que estava perto do local do meu evento e estava bem frequentado pq havia muitas pessoas do evento.
