room was clean big and bed comfortable. location was fine ,you can uber anywhere with 5 minutes

Great place! Great location and amazing staff. Have been to Brazil multiple times and have always stayed here as the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Although the pool was closed due to COVID I have previously been and highly recommend.

My requests were ignored. I asked for a room far away from the elevators and the hotel gave me a room next to the elevators and it couldn’t be changed. The hotel said they did not get my request from Expedia. I am very disappointed.

food was good, room was good, but it took over an hour to check in. and it took another hour and fifteen mintues to check out
not kidding, most ridiculous thing i have ever seen from a hotel. service was about like a budget airline - and i was the only person in line - no one in front of me, and it still took over an hour to check in and out.

Amazing property! Very friendly and helpful staff, cleaning and sanitation were top notch, one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve experienced, amazing view and if you like water pressure like I do you will love this place! Will definitely be back.
