Charming old building with courteous staff and a great location with private parking. The room was clean and quaint and the breakfast was very nice. Highly recommended.

Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The bathroom was clean and nice, with great towels (the best ones that we have seen in this trip). The hotel staff were very helpful, and offered plenty of options for breakfast. We enjoyed a relaxing evening playing chess after walking around town (hotel is only 6 minutes walk from the Saint Francis of Assis church).

Very stylish accommodation close to everything, very convenient and safe parking. You’re transported back in history with modern conveniences and beautiful view of the town. Staff speaks English which is be big reprieve from translator on cell phones. Breakfast is awesome and everything is organic, I haven’t eaten eggs with yellow orange yolks since I was a child! Thank you for the great stay

Um hotel bem agradável, limpo, bem cuidado, as pessoas que trabalham lá foram muito cordiais e prestativas, praticamente do lado do museu do Aleijadinho, boa distância das outras atrações, dando pra ir a pé se não se incomodar em subir as ladeiras ao redor. O café da manhã é bem variado. Recomendo.

Beautiful building in a quiet location.

Beautiful place very family oriented people are very curious the facility is very clean the parking is available there is a very high welcoming upon check-in and the rooms are very nice. I will highly recommend this place for visiting this beautiful city

Stayed for one night only. Hotel is at the good location, not far from anything . During pandemic no dining at restaurant , so breakfast is delivered to your room. Breakfasts was basic. They have electric showers which i think they could improve in the future , bathrooms were not very updated.

Good place to spend a night or even a whole weekend/holiday. Awesome location near restaurants and the downtown.

I went to this hotel for 2 days over the weekend. I took with me 3 old people(over 80 years) included my mom. This hotel was perfect for them. We all loved the history of the hotel. It blends perfectly with Ouro Preto. The breakfast was good and decent...no complains at all with my guests. They were all content. To go to the ''Praca Tiradentes'' we took a cab (10 reais) because it is hilly for mom to walk and I did not want them to be to tired. But if is a younger person is a good workout at Ouro Preto hills. The best is get the taxi card and the driver always offers a good price if you call them. We went by bus from Belo Horizonte (2 hours) and at the bus station you find easy a cab.

Equipe bem treinada, atendimento eficaz e gentil, quarto confortável, banho idem, café da manhã simples e boa localização em relação ao centro histórico. Porém, absolutamente NADA justifica o valor da diária. Não há qualquer luxo ou item especial que torne compreensível um quartto stardard custar 1000 reais.

O pessoal do hotel foi receptivo e simpatico, mas as instalações sao muito esquisitas. Reservamos um quarto para 3 adultos, uma das camas parecia um berço e ficava em um ambiente separado. O hotel tambem passa uma ambientação sombria e escura, confesso que ficamos um pouco assombrados. O café da manhã foi bom, tinha uma boa variedade de pratos, pareceu que fazem pratos na hora (tapioca, omelete etc), mas nao nos foi oferecido esse serviço.

O café da manhã era excelente é bem atendido. O estacionamento foi um diferencial da hospedagem.

O hotel fica em uma localização excelente, com estacionamento plano e fácil, o atendimento é ótimo, nos ajudartam com as malas mesmo tendo chegado tarde! O hotel é muito charmoso, o local onde tomamos o café é lindo! E o café bem caseiro e delicioso, servido com carinho pela funcionária que nos atendeu. Cama confortável, bom chuveiro, toalhas maravilhosas. Amamos e voltarei em breve!

Bom hotel, na parte mais baixa do centro histórico, mas próximo de algumas atrações turísticas.

Hotel que considerei muito bom no geral, com boa localização, instalações e atendimento. O valor da diária é que achei exagerado.

Uma estadia muito boa. Hotel muito confortável. Otima localização. Destaque para todos os colaboradores, todos muito prestativos e educados, sempre dispostos a ajudar e dar dicas. Excelente localização, ficando ao lado da igreja Nossa Senhora da Conceição, onde está enterrado o Aleijadinho. Café da manhã saboroso, cama confortável. Apenas 2 ressalvas: armario tinha cheiro de mofo e a pizza que comi no hotel parecia aquelas pizzas prontas de supermercado. Otimo estacionamento, que é um diferencial n parte histórica.
