I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer service will keep people from returning to this place. When I booked this place it was the most expensive hotel in town, that’s why I booked, expecting the best of Palmas, but was disappointed.

O quarto ficou dois dias sem fornecimento de água, pias e descargas não funcionavam. Chuveiro apenas no segundo dia ligaram a água quente, porém essa saía fervendo e deveria ser utilizada para tomar banho e inclusive para escovar os dentes em pé no Box. Não solucionaram o problema a contento, dando sempre previsões não cumpridas de retorno do fornecimento.
