We experienced a power outage at around 2:00 AM, and by the time we checked out at 8:00 AM, the electricity still had not been restored. Although the hotel had a generator, it only powered the elevator and hallway . Without electricity the AC wouldn’t work ,which made it extremely hot and uncomfortable, and no one was able to sleep. I spoke with the front desk, but they placed the blame entirely on the power company and did not offer any form of compensation or discount. I even mentioned that I would have slept better in my car, but that did not change their response. Overall, the lack of support and customer care during this situation was disappointing

Chegando no Quarto o Banheiro estava sem Toalha, Tapete, Cheio de Mofo. Além do Ar sem funcionar. Pedi na Recepção, tive que pedir várias vezes até ser atendido. Atendentes da Recepção bem Solicitos, mas a solução não chegava. Travesseiros manchados e desconfortaveis.

Gostei bastante da estrutura do flat. Tudo muito bem dividido, banheiro espaçoso e moveis em boas condições. O melhor ponto era a vista com a cama próxima à janela. O único ponto insatisfatório foi a reforma da área da piscina em período de alta temporada.

Nice location , the building was under renovation. Which is necessary , the room Was a little old but comfortable . The staff was nice trying to speak Spanish , unfortunately no many people speak other language but Portuguese .

O hotel embora bem localizado está com uma condição física sofrível. Teto do hall do elevador no andar com infiltração e reboco estragado. No quarto, Paredes do quarto com umidade, infiltrações, reboco estragado e cheiro de mofo. Toalhas com cheiro de cigarro, lençóis muito fino e cama sem colcha. Cortinas sem blackout e ar-condicionado com aleta da saída do ar quebrada e com isso o vento indo direto pra cima da cama. Além disso, o frigobar estava ligado, porém não tinha nada, nem mesmo uma garrafa d'água sequer.

A expectativa era maior. Não tivemos serviço de camareira porque ela adoeceu e não foi substituída…o quarto ficou sujo e eu estava acompanhada de duas crianças. Pedi pra ser transferida e me disseram que o hotel estava 100 por cento ocupado.

Minha estadia foi ótima. Desde o check-in até o momento da saída, fui muito bem atendida por toda a equipe, sempre simpática, prestativa e atenciosa. O quarto era extremamente confortável, limpo e bem equipado, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A cama era espaçosa e aconchegante. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, lojas e pontos turísticos da região.
