Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar.
O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos.
A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis.
No geral, recomendo este hotel para quem busca uma opção prática, bem localizada e com bom custo-benefício.

Location in downtown is okay. Next to bus station, so lots of transient traffic. Rooms are super super small, bathroom is integrated into the sleeping room. Yes, it's a budget hotel, but in the future I'll pay more to have normal size room/shower/toilet.
Check-in was a disaster. Although there were 3 staff members in view of the counter, no one acknowledged my arrival for nearly 10 minutes, as they were busy counting inventory at the snack bar. When a clerk finally came to help me check in, he was unfriendly, and made a big fuss about needing proof of our dog's vaccination records (nowhere on the Expedia site did it mention this would be required). Check-in took nearly 30 minutes while he entered various bits of personal info in his computer.

Checkin so long and bureaucratic, missing one pillow and towel on room, we were 3 and only 2 itens available for us. A lot of mosquitoes on bathroom.

Segurança hotel (terceirizado) extremamente rude. Como é segurança, e se acha superior por causa desta função, foi extremamente abusivo, mal educado. Realmente nada profissional. Me senti extremamente ameaçado.
Só fiz o check in porque realmente eram 18:00 horas e tinha compromisso às 19:00, além da reserva não ser reembolsável.
Durante a anos da minha vida, vários hotéis,lugares de diferentes nacionalidades, no meu próprio estado fui acuado. Não voltarei, e reportarei a rede ACCOR pela escolha dos seus prestadores de serviço.

O elevador não estava funcionando, a geladeira não tinha produtos para consumo pago no local, a TV não é smart, você não pode assistir netflix, por exemplo. Durante a madrugada ouvi muitos barulhos (de alarme) no corredor. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções e quando fui pegar um doce já tinha acabado, esperei, mas não houve reposição. Enfim, lamentável.

Péssima estadia. Fomos para uma maratona. Não tinha frigobar no quarto, café da manhã super tarde, visto que a cidade inteira estava recebendo pessoas de fora para a maratona da New Balance, que a largada era as 06h, contanto o trânsito que ocorre e que tem que estar lá pelo menos com uma hora de antecedência, poderiam ter disponibilizado o café às 04h. Fora isso, ainda teve o problema de que de 4 elevadores, na hora de sair para a corrida, NENHUM ELEVADOR estava funcionando. Tentei comprar um café espresso, a máquina também não estava funcionando. Não volto a ficar neste hotel e não recomendo.

Os elevadores não estavam funcionando, tivemos que descer com as nossas bagagem, sem opção de ajuda. Não tinha toalha de rosto no quarto. Os interfones não estavam funcionando. Serviço demorado, somente um atendente na recepção a noite, somente um manobrista para efetuar o pagamento e buscar o carro, sendo que a fila estava grande.
