Hotel seems to be going in a downwards direction when it comes to staff, food (breakfast) as well as room and bulding facilities which are deteriorating. Still okay, but if not fixed soon, I'll avoid this hotel in the future. PS. I stayed in this hotel for over 7 years now in dozens of times. The location still remains the main positive point.

A experiência foi ruim. No momento da reserva (2 meses antes d estadia), solicitei um berço para o nosso neném de 1 ano. O colchão do berço era muito menor do que o berço em si, deixando um vão de 15cm de cada lado do berço - ou seja, ao se movimentar enquanto dormia no berço, o neném iria “cair” do colchão e ficar preso nas frestas. Pedi para arrumarem, a recepcionista (atenciosa e educada, por sinal) avisou que todos os outros berços e colchões já estavam em uso. Ela tentou nivelar o colchão e tampar as frestas com cobertores, mas não funcionou. Se o hotel fala para quem berço disponível, precisa ter um que funcione.

O hotel tem um predio atrás em construção, entao o barulho desde as 7hs é forte e pode ser incômodo. Eles não informaram desso e pode ser bem incômodo se voce quiser descansar. Acho que deveriam informar ao clientes antes.de chegar o ao momento de check in. Eu pedi eles trocar de apartamento mas falaram que não tenham disponibilidade, mas tive que insistir muito para que eles pudessem me colocar em um apartamento mais alto com menos barulho. Os apartamentos precisam de uma boa reforma . Eu acho que o atendimento poderia ser melhor. Pessoal do recepção deveria ter mais disponibilidade de ajudar . Antes de chegar mandei uma mensagem pelo site para preguntar se teveram early check in, e nunca responderam . Eu acho que não voltarei mais.

Liguei antes e foi informado que o quarto era com cama de casal queen. Ao chegar no quarto, percebi que a limpeza não havia sido feita Reclamei e disseram que não havia como o quarto não estar limpo. Uma das TV´s não funcionava, os controles dos aparelhos de ar condicionado idem. Fui até a recepção reclamar, a atendente Iasmeli foi grosseira e disse: - Já reclamou? Está feliz? Pode voltar para o quarto. Simplesmente horrível o atendimento, instalações e demais. Decepcionante pela expectativa que se cria ao se hospedar em um hotel da rede Mercure.

Coisas boas... A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, gostei muito da acomodação, tinha um quarto ótimo, uma sala com sofá cama e até uma mini cozinha, com pia, máquina de café e frigobar. Coisas ruins... A limpeza do quarto estava horrível, cheguei e já encontrei sujeira no chão, cabelos no azulejo do banheiro, não foi apenas um, tinha vários :( muito desagradável. Tinha um copo trincado que já estava assim quando cheguei, usei um dos copos e não foi reposto, a toalha também não foi resposta após o uso, todo momento tinha que ficar ligando na recepção e pedindo coisas básicas que já deveriam estar no quarto. Isso é péssimo e precisa ser revisto. O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura e está pecando na limpeza e no serviço de quarto. Fiquei decepcionada.

The neighborhood, Batel, is the best in the city. The hotel staff was very nice, accommodating, and multilingual. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed in particular. Bathroom was modern and room service affordable. The only reason I rate it a 4 overall is because of the hotel restaurant, adjacent to the hotel. Definitely not up to Mercure standards and rather expensive.
