Luísa Studio Hotel

It was okay. The rooms are small but at least the air conditioning works really well. Not many amenities, bare minimum hotel. Rooftop pool was nice and had a good view. The customer service was so so, sometimes the staff acted like we were bothering them, like by asking for a taxi. I don't think I would go back.

- Staff needs much more training. - They tried to force us to move to another hotel of the same company, some blocks away, saying that there was a problem with our room and we lost almost two hours discussing. - They said it was Orbitz fault and I said I didn't care at all and I wouldn't stay in a different hotel (which, by the way, was cheaper and far from the sea). - They tried to do the same thing with another couple at the same time. - Breakfast was regular. - The cleaning service wasn't good. The room is clean, but the lady forgot many times to replace towels and she also ate some of our chocolates. - Parking is free, but the capacity is only for 5 cars (out of almost 60 rooms in the hotel). - Location is good, but not awesome. Next time I'll try Jurerê Internacional. - Nevertheless, Florianópolis is a very nice city and I intend to go back. - Since the problem with Luisa Palace is much more related to the staff and management, rather than the structure or location, they can improve, but they have to invest A LOT on training programs for their employees.

Chuveiro péssimo, sacada imunda, frigobar vazio, secador de cabelo terrível porem cama e roupa de cama excelente.

Excelente hotel. Pequeno , tranquilo e bem proximo ao mar. Toalhas e cobertas cheirosas. Atendimento prestativo. Tido perfeito.

A internet simplesmente não funciona, terrível, perdi um dia de trabalho, lenta e instável.

Muito bom hotel, próximo a praia. Recepcionistas atenciosos, limpeza e quarto confortável e bom café. Não tem garagens no hotel, mas oferece estacionamento em uma quadra e meia de distância ,pago.

Não gostei da umidade e cheiro de mofo no banheiro o qual não tinha janela para ventilação. A atendente Michely foi muito simpática e prestativa nos ajudando sempre que solicitada.

Adorei, atendimento maravilhoso, quarto aconchegante e confortável. A localização é ótima, bem próximo a praia. O café da manhã é simples, mas bem feito e gostoso. Valeu a pena a estadia, gostei muito. Recomendo.

Devido a pandemia fomos transferidos para outro Hotel da rede Mar de Canasvieiras. O que não comprometeu em nada minha estada. O único ponto que a rede precisa melhorar é o sinal de Wi-Fi nos quartos.

O atendimento é excelente funcionários atenciosos, Thallys e Catarina são uns amores, estão de parabéns por todo cuidado e atenção com os hóspedes.

Estadia muito confortável e a limpeza é ótima e os atendente são muito educados e prestativos. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar aqui.

Alles war gut. Das einzige Manko war, dass nur ein Mitarbeiter Englisch gesprochen hat.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Sehr positiv war die Nähe zum Strand. Allerdings ist die Verständigung ohne Portugiesisch-Kenntnisse schwierig, da nur zwei Mitarbeiter Englisch gesprochen haben.

Atendentes muito prestativos, tudo limpo. Ótimo custo benefício

estaba cerrado me arruinaron las vacaciones y eso que llame 3 veces antes de vencer el plazo para anular la reserva en ningún momento me dijeron que estaba cerrado me nos mandaron a otro hotel nada que ver el desayuno muy malo todo desastroso

O problema é a falta de estacionamento.
