best hotel we stayed during our 13 day family trip in Brazil, in every nice neighborhood and walking distance to a nice japanese resturant . staff speak english well, which is great. close to CGH but only 35 mins in the moring to GRU as well.

The staff was really nice. They allowed us to check in early. The breakfast was excellent, we always looked forward it every morning. The location is close to the beach and the rooms were comfortable.

Good location in the middle of everything you need, clean rooms, great breakfast and staff are there to help you if you need something. I had an early flight at check in and even we had to wait until 2:00 pm they have a place to keep your bags, same thing at check out they allowed us to use the facilities, gave us towels to go to the beach and keept our luggage all day until it was time for us to go to airport.

I may have been assigned the worst room in the hotel. While the room is of a good size, it is quite dirty and dark, the bathroom is outdated, and the water pressure becomes very low, almost nonexistent, during peak hours. Breakfast is simple yet adequate, although it can become very crowded around 9 a.m.

Nice hotel very near Copacabana beach. Many dining options all around all within walking distance. Many shops nearby to buy souvenirs. Friendly and helpful staff.

The facilities , sport swiming pool, need a renovation. Also, U could not get an invoice on the name of my Compagny. This is a severe draw back which will prevent me to use further this site. The site must be improved serioustly.

I was expecting more of the hotel. Hotel did not offer any flexibility to an additional bed to the room. They said they do not do it even though I wanted to pay extra costs. Furniture in the lobby area is old and tables are wobbly. The same in the restaurant. Bathroom dis not have cold water in the aink. No decoration in the rooms. very disappointed and will never stay there again.
