Beautiful place with gorgeous gardens and great pool area. Morro de São Paulo is a wonderful island with lots options for all ages! I will definitely go back and highly recommend.

Nicely maintained space. Though the property is beachfront, its a long walk from the area of stay to the beach. Its a bit of a commute to get here from the port. The hotel has buses running, but may not be the most convenient.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, pool, food, everything was amazing. Truly a vacation getaway experience.

Underwhelmed from the moment I arrived.  The photos are 5 times better then the property.  The landscape,  rooms, location  and staff are underwhelming to say the least. When I booked this hotel was twice the price of most of the hotels. I was expecting something luxurious. This hotel isn't luxurious. If you come as a foreign tourist from a developed country you will be disappointed in what I would rate an upscale motel. Not a hotel or resort.  I paid twice the price of the average hotel on the island only to wish I had booked a cheaper one. If you are coming as a couple you will be disappointed. If come looking for fun you will be disappointed. If come looking for a place for kids to run around this is the place. The one thing I will say is if you love kids or have kids this place might fit your needs. There are tons of kids running around and in the pool. The hotel has a lot of kid activities. Other then that's I would suggest any foreign tourist avoid this property. The lawn and grounds aren't particularly beautiful or well landscaped. Dead grass in lots of area and no flowers. Really its just not nice. The beach is nothing spectacular or anything to rave about.  I saw much nicer beaches on the way to the property. The property is isolated and hard to find. It would be nice if they could have sent some pre checkin advice or shuttle info or had a information area at the boat landing.

We had a great experience- the property was well equipped for a family. Perfect for a short visit to the island. The room was nicely furnished and clean. We found the staff to be friendly. The grounds are beautiful, as are the views from the beach

The only thing the property had going for it was that it was on the beach The property is very poorly maintained and the staff do not speak English so it was very difficult to communicate

Overall our stay here was good and what we expected. The breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant. The room was cleaned everyday, and was big and spacious. The grounds are lovely and you can see the staff working hard each day to maintain it. Our only gripes were the other guests who seemed to have disrespect for the place, we saw a used nappy just left on a sunbed with a pringles can. Finally the bus whilst ran like clockwork (+5 mins) seemed to be the bus drivers personal friends of the village pick up service. It was a long enough bus ride as it is without the 4-5 extra stops it made along the way throughout the village. Also to add, whilst this property appears to be romantic with its sprawling green property lit up at night I wouldn't say it was a couples hotel. Its more geared towards families with children, with its kids club. It could do with refreshing its board game selection

Absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Terrible road & terrible bus to get to the property. Bathroom floor was disgusting. Pool towels smelled like a dirty mop! Wi-Fi did not work in the room. Despite all that, dinner & breakfast were pretty good. Lots of fun activities for kids.

O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso, com todos os serviços impecáveis. Fomos muito bem recebidos e sempre atendidos com muita gentileza e precisão. Quartos confortáveis, ambientes agradáveis, funcionários solícitos e muito prestativos. Um café da manhã completo e uma culinária espetacular.

Boa infra estrutura, com staff bem treinada e educada. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, com destaque para o varal na varanda dos apartamentos! item de extrema importância numa estadia de piscina e praia. Oferece muitas atrações de entretenimentos principalmente para crianças, e algumas para adultos também. O café da manhã é muito bom, e possui um cardápio amplo e variado nos 2 restaurantes do hotel. Recomendo o hotel para quem quer curtir sua estrutura. Atenção para o detalhe que ele não fica no centro de Morro de São Paulo. Ainda que o hotel ofereça transfer para o centro você vai gastar um tempinho nessa logística.

Bom espaço com boas infraestruturas

O hotel é sensacional! Ficamos encantados com a recreação que possui programações variadas e meu filho (7 anos) se divertiu muito com as crianças e equipe de recreação que intervala atividades mais intensas com mais calmas e vai até 22h, com algumas paradas que permitem que almoçar e jantar em família. A piscina é maravilhosa com um bar molhado e com 3 opções de profundidade, dando muita tranquilidade para deixar as crianças. Os quartos são limpos e as roupas de cama e toalhas cheirosas (inclusive as de praia que vc pode trocar diariamente). A praia do hotel é piscininha com água super quentinha da Bahia e uma profundidade excelente pra crianças e adultos (segurança e autonomia para as crianças). Tudo que comemos no hotel estava delicioso, inclusive com preço justo. Ficamos 7 dias e fizemos quase todas as nossas refeições no hotel, por conta da qualidade, sabor e variedade. As terças e sábados também fazem pizza no super forno que possuem. E por fim é mas importante, destaco a simpatia, acolhimento e cortesia dos colaboradores do hotel, todos foram o tempo todo muito solicitos e agradáveis conosco. Muito obrigada! Outro ponto alto: a massagem da Livia (paga a parte, mas vale super a pena). Certamente recomendo esse hotel por toda experiência especial que viemos e dias maravilhosos de muito descanso!
