Catavento sin duda fue de los mejores hostels que hemos ido. Para destacar, su desayuno es espectacular, abundante, variado y rico, excelente para comenzar la jornada. Las instalaciones comunes son muy buenas, hay espacio de cowork y bar, la pileta es un diez, limpia y el agua a una temperatura muy agradable. También destacamos que hacen eventos y estan incluidos para los huéspedes, como fiestas o shows de música en vivo. La habitación doble que alquilamos fue cómoda, con baño privado y un balcón con hamaca. Buena cama, ducha caliente, Smart tv y frigobar. Nos sentimos sumamente cómodos durante toda la estadía, el personal excelente, muy atentos, inclusive la dueña siempre estuvo presente. Por último, la ubicación es muy buena, sobre la calle principal y a distancia caminando de varias playas y cerca del centro. A Praia do Amor fuimos varias veces porque estabamos a 10 minutos caminando. Sin dudas recomendamos mucho este Hostel para quien quiera conocer Pipa y pasarla bien.

My review is for people choosing among "pousadas" (inns), as opposed to a hotel (which includes more services like phone in the room, room service etc). As a pousada, Catavento is basically perfect: - a great value; we paid, per person, what we would pay in the US for the breakfast alone - beautiful place, both in and out of the rooms. - staff is friendly, helpful and very attentive. They made breakfast 1:30 h earlier than usual on the day we were leaving. - room was huge and new. bathroom was very good and new. - great AC - very good free wifi. However, the room wifi went off for a couple of days. After I asked them to look into it (twice), they fixed it - very good, complete breakfast: eggs, sausage, tapioca, cakes, bread, fruit, yogurt, and more - personal balcony with a hammock with a nice view - electronic safe in the room - no problem with mosquitos or other insects - well located, just a few blocks from Pipa's center - many markets, drug stores, bars and restaurants steps away from it - things work great and they often ask you if anything needs attention - some of the staff seems to speak English - there is a nice open-space pub-style bar.

Pousada muito bem localizada, o ambiente não é luxuoso, mas é bem aconchegante e charmoso. O quarto estava bem limpo, com lençóis e toalhas sem manchas. O café da manhã tem o básico com cuscuz, pão, bolo, café e sucos. A equipe da pousada é muita educada e a pousada tem um programação própria de eventos, o que eu achei bem legal. No geral eu recomendo bastante pra quem quer ir pra Pipa para o conhecer o centrinho e as praias.
