Our trip to São Luís was unexpectedly interrupted after the airline cancelled our flight, making it impossible for us to fly to Brazil and arrive on the date of our reservation. As soon as we learned we wouldn’t be able to make it, we tried calling the hotel several times, but couldn’t reach anyone. Hotels.com also spent over a day attempting to contact the property on our behalf, without any success. After check-in time, we were informed that the hotel did not authorize any flexibility — no date change, no credit, no acknowledgment of the situation — and we were charged the full amount. We fully understand that our booking was non-refundable, and we weren’t expecting special treatment — just a bit of empathy or basic customer support. What left us most disappointed wasn’t the policy itself, but the complete lack of communication. We genuinely tried to sort things out, and all attempts (ours and Hotels.com’s) went unanswered. We still plan to visit São Luís soon, but after this experience, we’ll definitely be staying somewhere else — ideally somewhere that shows at least a minimum level of customer service and consideration for guests dealing with unexpected travel issues.

Hotel is clean but a bit dated in places. Beach and plenty of places to eat close by. Breakfast had a good selection but the staff did not check if items were low or gone, so they had to be requested and the wait was quite long at times.

Mattresses were put on the bed incorrectly and caused discomfort and back pain.

Quarto vista mar é incrível, vista maravilhosa e cama excelente. Atendimento impecável só tenho a agradecer, a meu pedido anteciparam o meu checkin e estenderam o meu checkout em 1 hora, cederam toalhas para banho sem dificuldade, atendentes muito educados. O negativo é só o café da manhã, o hotel oferece tapioca, omelete, cuscuz feito a pedido mas é tudo mal feito sem sabor, sem amor, parece que é feito por obrigação, ruim mesmo.

Hotel com boa estrutura, quarto limpo, ótima localização , café da manhã delicioso, somente o que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento no Check-in.

Hotel excelente. Quarto com vista para o mar, cama bem confortável e ótimo café da manhã. O único ponto negativo é que eles ficam incomodando toda hora perguntando se quer repor o frigobar.

Televisão não funciona os canais. Ar-condicionado deu problema, tivemos que trocar de quarto e e outro não esfriava como o primeiro. Café ok. Não voltarei.
