This was very clean and very safe! The staff was nice! It is located outside of the main downtown so takes a bit to get anywhere but as a single women I felt very safe with was a main priority for me :)

El primer dia no hicieron el servicio de habitacion, adicional tome 2 aguas del minibar y no las repusieron al dia siguiente. La senal de wifi muy mala, en el escritorio de la habitacion no llegaba la senal de las 2 opciones de wifi que tenian. Intente usar el cable ethernet que esta disponible y tampoco tenia internet. Me llamaron a las 5am para servicio de despertador y nunca lo solicite.

The toilet didn't work properly. I had to call to desk 3 times for these problems. the tv was too old. The photos show a jacuzzi at the roof that doesn't exist anymore.

The hotel general condition is ok but is outdated and rooms need more maintenance or a facelift. Internet service was terrible and inestable to the point that it was difficult do video meetings.
No AC adapter available and the most annoying thing was when I requested an iron , they didn't have available staff to have it delivered in my room.
The staff was very friendly and they tried their best within their possibilities. Room service was good and food in general was ok but not outstanding in comparison to other high profile hotels. I've been a loyal Melia client and although this one resolved my stay, I'll not book it again.

I was very disappointed by not being made aware of the pool and bar were closed. The gym equipment needed maintenance and did not work properly. The worst part was that I was there for work and the Internet caused me a lot of problems, it never worked properly.
And these were all the reasons why I chose this hotel so we had to leave before to another facility to be able to work. Very sad.
Breakfast was ok. The location was great and the staff was very polite.
