Pillow was hard lika a rock and had to deal with many layers of bed sheet, duffle bag and covers, all twisting in order to sleep

They made me pay for parking of the vehicle I had rented when it. Kearny indicated when I booked that breakfast and parking was included. But you guys always screw your customers. I am going to start using another service that doesn’t included Expedia. I always check Expedia first, but no more. You can’t say that parking is included I. The premises and they charge me for parking. I would have chosen another hotel - and in the future another service provider. It’s not the first time you guys change the rules half way through the game. Julian

Hotel is in a good location. For the price it was fine but the room felt as though it could have been cleaner

Breakfast was great....many items to choose from...great service from attendants.

The hotel is well located in the center of Caxias, easily walkable to stores and shops. My room was comfortable and clean, and had a desk for working, openable window and good sized bathroom and shower. There is an exercise room, sauna and heated pool on the top floor. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I've stayed 4 or 5 times, and will continue to stay there when I visit Caxias.

Furniture somewhat dated but overall nice hotel. It’s difficult to rate a hotel in the middle of covid 19 since all amenities are not available. I would recommend requesting a room on the side not facing the street. It’s located at busy intersection with constant car noise.

Shortly after arriving at my room, I discovered a small problem there, and called the front desk to ask about it. The lady who checked me in immediately came up to my room to correct the problem, and, when she could not, immediately moved me to another room....which turned out to be suite! Great customer service! The new room had great WIFI, a great bed, and a shower large enough to hold three people (ahhhh, not that I tried!).

This is a very nice hotel situated about a 5-minute walk from the central plaza in Caxias. Near-by one will find several places to have a great cup of coffee, as well as options for lunch. The hotel serves a nice variety of items on the breakfast buffet. The guys and girls working at the hotel provide great service, and contribute to a very enjoyable stay!

Hotel muito bom, bom atendimento e simpaticos. Pode-se ir ao centro em uma pequena caminhada, proximo a locais de compra.

Tudo muito bom. Poderia ter opções inclusivas no café *gluten free*, mas isso é raro ainda mesmo.

Foi muito boa. Atenciosos. Hotel super limpo. So a piscina estava em manutenções no dia e nao pude usar. Mas num geral foi ótimo

Bom hotel para ficar em Caxias

Hotel bem localizado, possui estacionamento; atendente prático e solícito. Quarto limpo e organizado.

Tive um problema, minhas malas foram extraviadas. O pessoal da recepção foi solícito em ajudar, principalmente a Carine, foi um anjo me emprestou um aquecedor portátil pra colocar no quarto, pois eu estava sem minhas roupas. No quarto faltam tomadas, só existe uma perto da cama e outra no banheiro. A luz do quarto poderia ser no centro do teto e ela fica em cima da mesa num canto. Chuveiro bem quente, porém o sistema de aquecimento central do quarto não funciona direito, ora morno ora frio. Assim que cheguei no quarto o telefone não funcionava e nem o controle da tv, a pessoa da manutenção resolveu posteriormente. Algo que senti falta foi do cardápio, achei sem variedades e toda vez que eu precisava de algo tinha de ir buscar. O café da manhã achei péssimo! Bolos esfarelados de velhos, ovos mexidos e salsicha frios, os pães duros, pouquíssima variedade de itens e sucos artificiais. Um hotel desse porte tinha tudo pra ser 5 ou 4 estrelas, mas peca muito em detalhes e nos pontos principais. Espero que melhore.

Lençóis cheirosos e limpissimos!

Quarto e banheiro muito espaçoso, cama confortável e bem localizado.

Minha estadia foi muito boa. As únicas observações que faço é quanto as camareiras ouvirem musica alto enquanto limpam os quartos e isso incomodou um pouco e tambam quanto a ausencia de manobristas durante a noite.
