Decent hotel. The exterior of the hotel was absolutely stunning. The restaurant was mediocre at best- that charges a mandatory tip despite having subpar service. The rooms are spacious, however, very rundown and needs maintenance and a retouch of paint and fresh carpets. The service was very good. The spa is not worth it- it’s an overpriced luxury experience of someone touching you with no skill.

Overall the stay was comfortable. However for a 5 star hotel I would expect better service. For instance at breakfast those who came in from outside seem to have preferred status when accessing tables and to the service. Overall the place had a slightly pretentious vibe about it, at the expense of those staying at the hotel (almost similar in attitude to a Paris waiter), ideally suited to people who care about their profile on ‘Instagram’. In balance I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be seen at the rooftop bar called ‘Seen’, which really does sum-up the experience.

Great experience from start to finish. The room with the city view had the best view of Sao Paulo, I was absolutely stunned. The lobby is beautiful and luxurious, the front staff very welcoming, accommodating and nice. Great breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with stunning views. Location is fantastic, 2 min walking to Ave Paulista, ubers always available closeby. Overall 5 stars, absolutely worth it. Would chose to stay here on my next trip again. Oh and the room, the room was spacious, beautiful, comfortable big bed and an armchair. Room service did an excellent service. Thank you Tivoli.

The hotel was everything! It’s a beautiful hotel in every way. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was wonderful and we will definitely be back soon.

I had such a fantastic stay at Tivoli Mofarrej. The location is excellent and the whole vibe of the hotel is stylish, smart and super comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, always smiled and greeted me and the views from my room were just stunning. I want to go back - now! Highly recommend. Similarly priced to the Renaissance, and in the same area - the Tivoli Mofarrej is miles ahead in service and physical condition of the hotel.

TiVoli Mofarrej offers superb customer service all around, and overall is a great experience. I would recommend this hotel with two caveats: (1) for a luxury hotel, I found the rooms to be a bit outdated; (2) the beds are VERY firm, and I did not find them to be comfortable.
