Great location with many options for shopping and eating.

It was amazing. They have very good installations and and excellent breakfest

Failed to clean the room in the first day. Damage hangers. failed to provide extra hangers. Poor attention to guest. Too pricy for what they offer.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas o café da manhã poderia ser de melhor qualidade.

Fiquei hospedada por 9 dias, pagando um total de quase 5 mil reais pela estadia. Eu estava participando de um curso que estava ocorrendo no hotel e levei marmitas de casa com o meu almoço. Antes de chegar ao hotel, entrei em contato para saber se seria possível esquentar meu almoço no hotel, e me informaram que seria possível, bastando assinar um termo de responsabilidade pelo fato da comida estar vindo de fora do hotel. Essa informação foi passada para vários hospedes que também estavam participando do curso tinham levado comida para esquentar. Nos 2 primeiros dias eles permitiram que esquentássemos a nossa comida no restaurante, mas a partir do 3 dia, simplesmente, disseram que não mais seria possível esquentar, apenas informando que as regras tinham mudado e ponto. Tentamos argumentar com a gerencia do hotel e a gerente VERA simplesmente não deu a mínima para a nossa situação e não fez questão nenhuma de tentar atender nossa solicitação. RUAN/JUAN gerente do restaurante foi totalmente incompreensível e intransigente, não dando a mínima para a nossa necessidade de esquentar a comida. Depois de muito brigarmos pela mudança de informações, eles nos concederam o refeitório dos funcionários que ficava em um "buraco" nos fundos do hotel, inclusive com cheiro de esgoto. O café da manhã péssimo, sem variedade e má qualidade das comidas; ovos moles e verde, com aparência de estragado, pão de queijo mole e frio. Limpeza insatisfatória,

TV In our room was not a smart TV. So no Netflix that we wanted to watch. They had no other spare TV and no other room to move bus to.

Slow check in, staff really confused the hallways was dirty all the time, the A/C was not working properly… I don’t see myself staying there anymore

É necessário fazer uma revisão completa no mobiliário do restaurante pois diversas cadeiras e mesas estão bambas. Nos quartos também reparei que o banheiro precisa de aplicar silicone no boxe e desencardis os azulejos

Estacionamento pago poderia ser simplificado com a cobrança na recepçãp. Ao entrar no apartamento, não havia toalhas

Unfortunately, my last two reservations at the Vogue were disappointing since we have loyally prioritized the hotel for a few years. All the working staff at the Front Desk and the Breakfast Restaurant have always treated us professionally and respectfully. The last time we stayed at the Vogue Fashion Hotel, we were assigned a room lacking the basic comforts and amenities advertised. The room was missing the comfortable armchair that is shown in the photos; the air-conditioning unit was broken (missing the wind direction flaps, so the air blew directly on top of the bed!); there was no coffee machine or coffee cups, no drinking glasses, no security safe, and no shaving mirror in the bathroom. The comforter on the queen-size bed was the wrong size - it was for a single bed! There also was a lot of dust under the bed - it was evident that nobody had vacuumed or swept the floor there in weeks. I remember that this was room 413. We arrived late for our next reservation there due to an unexpected airport and airline emergency layover crisis event in São Paulo. So we requested to speak with a manager to explain our situation. The front desk attendant, Igor (who is always friendly and efficient!), put us in contact with a person who identified herself as “Miranda, from the Reservation Dept.” After a brief conversation with my wife, she said she had no record or knowledge of our fidelity and could do nothing for us. We like Vogue,but sadly, the maintenance has deteriorated.

Muita claridade no quarto - blackout ineficiente.

Hotel muito fraco. Quartos barulhentos. Fiquei no primeiro andar em cima de um restaurante japonês. Escutava a música do restaurante dentro do quarto. Cadeira da mesa furada e as toalhas muito velhas. Todas esgarçadas. Na piscina não tinha toalhas.

As my home residence is a couple of hours south of Ipanema, I used to prioritize this small boutique hotel during my bi-weekly business trips to Rio. As such, over the past two years, I must have stayed at the Vogue Square Fashion Hotel about 75 or more times! The front desk personnel has always been friendly and efficient, welcoming my wife and me by name and directing us to pleasant accommodations. The staff in charge of their breakfast service is also amiable. However, since I first began to stay here, the quality and condition of the rooms have progressively deteriorated. Two weeks ago, upon checking in during mid-evening after a tiring day of business meetings and medical appointments in Rio, I was given a room with a faulty air conditioning unit, no armchair, no coffee machine, and no security safe. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty, and the shaving/magnification mirror was missing. In the past, whenever any issue arose, an onsite manager, Michel, would resolve it satisfactorily. Last week, however, upon dealing with an airline connection delay in São Paulo, which affected our check-in to this hotel, we were directed to take up the issue with a manager named Miranda. Her attitude was hostile and condescending, brushing us off disrespectfully as if we didn't deserve to take up her time with our problem. A person's attitude can make all the difference in the world, for good or for bad. I will no longer be choosing Vogue Square.

Vogue Hotel Review I recently stayed at the Vogue Hotel, and while it had its positives, there were a few things I’d want fellow travelers to be aware of. As someone who’s not from Brazil, I wasn’t completely familiar with the area, and in hindsight, I might not choose this location again if you’re a tourist. It’s not in the most tourist-friendly area, so if you’re looking for a more central spot, this might not be the best fit. A couple of issues with the room: the beds only came with a sheet (no blankets or comforters), which felt a bit minimal. Also, the bathroom had some small flying insects around, which was unpleasant. On the plus side, the pool and bar areas are quite nice, and there are some local restaurants right downstairs, which was convenient. The staff doesn’t speak much English, but I understand that, being in Brazil, they mostly cater to Portuguese-speaking guests. Still, as a traveler, it could be helpful to know a few basic phrases to get by. Overall, it’s an okay option, but there are definitely areas for improvement, especially for tourists not familiar with the area.

Para um hotel dentro do Vogue Square, fiquei decepcionada. Frigobar vazia, lençol furado, travesseiros desconfortáveis. Não pude usar meu vaporizador nas roupas, pois todo hotel é 220w e não dispõe de transformador. Emprestam um ferro elétrico, mas não há tábua no quarto para passar as roupas. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, com pouquíssima variedade. Nem o bacon, que todos esperamos. Havia uma calabresa mergulhada em gordura e molho com salsicha, ovo frios. O café não estava bom, e vazava da garrafa sujando ao redor. Hotel 4 estrelas? Não mesmo.

Convenient hotel in Barra da Tijuca, inside a mall with lots of dining options. If stay close to bar Zeca Pagodinho, be ready to not sleep very well as it will become very noise till later hours. Room need renovating, AC was blowing directly to the bed, there were missing parts to the AC unit, making impossible to divert the AC flow. Bed is comfortable, breakfast is good

Teve um dia que não tivemos camareira no quarto, mesmo havendo deixado a placa no quarto. A cortina de blackout deveria ser mais larga cobrindo o comprimento do vidro, pois ao amanhecer o quarto já ficava com luz incomoda, não totalmente escuro para melhor descanso. O café da manhã não tem grande variedade como os demais hotéis da região do mesmo padrão. Má sinalização sobre estacionar para os hóspedes e não há ajuda com malas no embarque e desembarque.
