Have stayed here many times. Always good price, safe, clean, and convenient. Free breakfast is very good. Air conditioning is great. Room is quiet. Near Avenida Paulista.

ao realizar o checkup, parece ter havido um problema de integração com Hotéis.com, minha reserva estava para somente 1 pessoa, quando eu reservei para casal. ao pessoal da recepção identificou o problema e me fez o upgrade sem muitos questionamentos.
Excelente estadia e todos funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Recomendo.
Unido ponto é que, o hotel tem alguns quartos não reformados e outros que após a reforma ficaram incríveis. Os não reformados tem a mesma disposição, porém com mobílias antigas e o que mais me incomodou são as iluminações não muito funcionais, banheiro tbm com louças antigas. Já tive as duas experiências, e obviamente me apaixonei com a mobília nova e moderna, porém no antigo ficou uma sensação de estar em outro hotel.
Enfim, recomendo igual, e sinalizem na recepção a preferência dos quartos reformados.

It doesn’t deserve a 4* rating. Maybe 2,5 *. Old hotel, old corridors and rooms, extremely noisy air conditioning. Terrible restaurant service, long wait to be served and cold food. Breakfast far below that of a 4* hotel. Despite I asked for a refill of water in the minibar, I stayed out of water last night.

The property is very run down. The pictures on Expedia are very deceiving. Rooms are old and in urgent need of refurbishing. Very disappointing. The only good thing about the hotel are the staff, who are always kind and willing to help.

Bom o custo-benefício, conforto, instalações, localização. Não utilizei o restaurante mas pareci muito bom. Achei o serviço um pouco "lento". No checkin, no restaurante para tomar um café, no estacionamento que é cortesia, para receber meu carro. Escolhi no aplicativo Expedia um quarto com "super cama Queen" e acabei ficando num quarto com duas camas individuais. A recepção estava sempre em atendimento então só sinalizei a minha insatisfação, no check out.
