I have been here for 2 days and have had a completely relaxing time. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, enthusiastic staff, able to communicate in English well.

My stay here was great! Friendly staff, good facilities and near a 7-Eleven/multiple restaurants. The wifi could be better, but that was really my only complaint.

Quiet for the most part. There’s a bar you can hear music debut it’s not too loud. Location is good and food nearby and Big C mini in short walk.

Pros: Price, nice staff, gated security with staff working at all time. Parking was ample. Great communication. Mini mart, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and small vendors all around.
Cons: Small ants around kitchen trash area and bathroom. AC not cold in bedroom. Shower head holder loose causing water to leak onto floor if it hits the tub. WiFi router stopped working, but staff replaced it right away.

Central spot to stay, wifi was good room was clean and it was extra large with table chairs to eat at, etc. Wall could be painted in some spots but I would stay here again. I felt like i was in the middle of everything i wanted to see and do.

We love to stay here with our family. Rooms are big and having a small kitchen makes our stay easy. The rooms have always been clean and we find this the best furnished apartment in Toul Kork.

Absolutely adored this hotel. Was prefect for the three of us and so beautifully spacious and homely. The wrap around balcony was a real treat and we could have breakfast and dinner out on the balcony off the kitchen. Only a quick five minute walk to the nearest little supermarket where we could pick out our food and prepare it back at the hotel and the rooftop pool was such a delight, amazing panoramic views of the entire city. Will definitely be coming back again!

The apartment was clean and spacious. However, someone had smoked in the bedroom before I got there. The staff were helpful to make sure the smell was gone.
If you are wanting to cook, you will have to bring oil and your own seasonings. There are groceries on the same street which is helpful.

Great amenities in this apartment that are hard to find in Phnom Penh, such as cleanliness, good WiFi, and good air conditioning. The staff are very helpful and always available. Additionally the gated building makes you feel extremely safe.
