The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. My room was nice though. Great view and very clean. Other than the cigarette smell it was a nice stay.

We loved this place!! Everyone is so friendly here so you can’t beat the hospitality aspect. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Appreciated that the smoking section was closed off. We will definitely be back!! Thank youuuuu!!!

Paid a high price for a room on Expedia and found it i could have gotten it with Canadian money if i called the hotel directly. 🙃 Everything else was great!

The property was great the hotel was close to the casino, the room was nice an comfortable beds. My only complaint is there was a noise all night that sounded like a drill

The bed was terrible. Could feel the springs in the mattress. The hair dryer fell off the wall when I went to use it. The noise was awful. Could hear ppl walking and talking in the hallway and rooms near us.
I definitely would not stay there again.
Had a poor nights sleep. I’d truly like a refund.

The staff was friendly we had a late check in since our flight was canceled and ended up here. We ended up with a toilet the didn’t flush and in the morning when we tried to shower we had no hot water. So had to do my morning business in the public bathroom by the front desk and drive 3 hrs home without a shower.

The staff were sullen, check in line was out the door and only one employee at the front desk. This was the stinkiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We have been coming here for almost ten years but the new ownership has really changed the place for the worse.

Our room was just okay. The door had a gap in it so we made sure to use both locks, open the closet door as well as the bathroom door so that it felt a little more private, the bathroom floor had hair on it as well as in the shower. There were still crumbs on the floor by the bed, it just felt unclean.

I was very unhappy with my room, I didnt make a reservation for the room i had and when i went to the front desk they told there nothing they can.
