We having been travelling for many, many years, but we have never seen this level of customer service. Everyone was amazing and did the utmost to make you feel special. Louise was exceptional as well as Yves. We chose the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be back! Thanks for your stellar service!

Upon check out, I had forgotten all my money in the safe…… I received a call from a gentleman at the hotel who told me to stay where I was and he’d bring it to me - AMAZING!!!!

Our room is on the 5th floor, just below the Terrace restaurant. It has a great view and wonderful room settings, but the noise from the restaurant clients is outrageous. All in all, the experience with the staff is excellent!

There was some mixup with rooms initially but we got it sorted out. My room was quite beautiful and overlooked the port side. I think the pedestrian street side would’ve been noisy.
The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities. We were next to the pedestrian street with shops and restaurants so it was a very good location. I wouldn’t book a room by the construction zone to the south of this property (maybe they’re done by now).
We had a lovely stay and I would book this again.

The hotel was excellent! Our stay was pleasant and the hotel staff were absolutely incredible. They were attentive to our every need and extremely courteous. Our room was beautiful and very well appointed. The only negative (if you can even call it that) was needing to go to a nearby hotel for the gym. We would absolutely stay here again!
