It was good.

I asked for additional towels for the 3 rooms full of 7 people and was assured that they would be sending some. They never did bring us towels and locked the doors to the lobby. There was a phone number on the door to call but it was a bogus number. They also charged an additional $22 for each pet that we were travelling with, this was not a fee that was indicated on Hotels.com. The free breakfast wain’t too bad, there’s a waffle maker, eggs, fresh juices and coffee. There were sausages that were exceptionally gross and it looked like there may have been canned beans but none appeared. The peanut butter was clearly past its expiry date and had separated and oily. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

It was a decent stay , staff was friendly Breakfast was fresh and had a variety of options. Disappointing part was that the room had a lot of flies.

Very convenient and good service

We booked a large room for a surgery accessibility, but on arrival found it was up a flight of stairs with no elevator. The staff made a ground-floor room available for the next night, but before moving rooms our scheduled surgery was canceled - so upsetting after traveling to Hinton (work, driving, accommodations). Immediately I asked to modify our reservation to accommodate the new surgery date, the front desk was completely inflexible and unhelpful. Expedia called on our behalf & again was unsuccessful. Wyndham price guarantee was more expensive than Expedia - so that's why I booked through the 3rd party site. Breakfast was disappointing—no real cream or creamers, only whitener powder. The front desk clerk didn’t even identify himself as the manager until I specifically asked for the manager’s card. We won’t be staying here again. The room on the ground floor would have worked for his surgery stay. Extremely frustrating experience, especially given we were traveling for medical reasons & we occupied the room for less than 7 hours for a 2-day booking & had a tea for breakfast.

Good value, comfortable room , convenient location. Jas at front desk and all hotel staff extremely polite and helpful accommodating my service dog and myself. Thank you

A very nice room. Love the way the beds were set up so you felt like you still had privacy when sharing the room. I would definitely stay again.
