Getting from the airport to the hotel was very easy with the shuttle. Really enjoyed the hamburger in the restaurant located in the hotel. Small convenience store next door that was nice for getting a couple of bottles of water and a little candy.

Stayed in the hotel last month and experience was good so booked again but was not a good choice this time. How come the hotel staff dont have an emergency key or an extra key to open a washroom door locked from inside accidentally by my mon while she left using the washroom in the middle of the night. She went to the front desk and asked staff to help to unlock the washroom staff said they don't have the key. What a big Safety issue

Sta never responded to my concerns. I was told to email them and I never got a response. Really unprofessional. I travel to Canada a ton for business and wanted to try this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport. I can tell you I will never be using this hotel again.

The place is good but the staff were more than terrible. I booked this hotel for my friend come to visit me. I will never book this hotel again. I called to ask information i have not done my word yet she hang up my phone and also the second time i called to the hotel again my english not very good so i speak slowly she put my call on hold during i talk to her. Moreover, when i explained her that i got the information from the hotel before check-in it was not the same she told me, so i just wanted to know why it was not the same information. The one that not acceptable was i was speaking but she said she busy thank you bye and hang up my phone with no answer my question.
If someone wants to book this hotel you should think again.

I was overcharged. The price through Expedia was not honored. I was told they would hold money back for a deposit, but they just kept the money and overcharged me. In other words, they were dishonest and did not honour the agreement.

Good hotel, friendly staff & close the airport. We booked it because of the included airport shuttle. It was good on the way to the hotel but we had to call an uber as the shuttle was already pre-book and full in the morning. It’s first come first serve and the hotel will not add extra trips to airport as needed.
