It was amazing the hotel was very nice it very clean and quite . Pool and hottub was also very clean . Not to many people using it so we had it all to ourselves. A hi end coffee machine in the lobby . The room was very clean and the price was really good . Webwould recommend this hotel anytime and we would stay there again.

Clean rooms, nice bed and pillows, nice towels, breakfast outside but next to hotel. I am staying only 1 night. Rest 3 nights in Banff. But instead I would be fine spending all 4 nights in this hotel.

The location was perfect for us, quiet and yet close to our destinations in Banff, Canmore is a beautiful city. Hotel personnel was very friendly, room was clean,we enjoyed the kind of private pool area. We loved the cappuccino dispenser machine.

We checked in and was given a room with 14 stairs to the bed in a loft. With the bathroom on the ground floor. They changed us to another room that had a very loud A/C unit. They moved us again to an acceptable room for one night. Then tried moving us back to the room with broken A/C unit. Saying a new A/C was installed. Which it was not. Stayed 2 nights and got out of there. The staff was not caring or apologetic about the problem. Plus the hotel was older and tired. And it’s next the train tracks and the trains run all night.

Pictures shown while reserving do not justify the actual experience. The room was ok.
The views from the window of room are not that good. I used swimming pool and the water was very cold. Parking is very limited. Breakfast is paid, but Kitenete was good. Room was clean and we also had a fire alarm situation when we were checking out.
Overall, consider it as a motel, and not a hotel. Paid approx 1300CAD for just 2 days and it was not worth it at all.

Everything was fine for our stay. Power went out one morning without any explanation. Rooms were fine. Towels were scratchy - could do better there. Was not clear how to reach the weight room or pools.

I love the overall experience that me and my family had in Chateau Canmore Hotel, the receptionist is very kind and pleasant and the room is very clean, plus the very nice view. I just love how the hotel room was done, divided from the mini living room and the bedroom, very neat bathroom and extra bed using the sofa is magnificent for us that wants to have more space when sleeping. It was a plus points that this hotel was close to our tour meeting point, so we travel for just 10-15 minutes from tour, checked in then there is a pool and jacuzzi that we really enjoyed before going to bed. Thank you and it was very nice hotel experience. Thumbs up for everyone. 🙌

While the room was clean and spacious; and the staff friendly and helpful there were some definite points of detraction. The was definitely in need of an upgrade as the wallpaper was literally peeling off the walls in areas as well as having a very dated feeling. The hotel is also located right next to the train tracks which are very much in use as we had trains running by our room all night.

We just had a quick one night stop over but the beds were super comfy. We were in 210 right beside the pool and we barely heard anything. My dog got plenty of rest as well!!

Booking and check in was standard. Tesla supercharging across the street was great. Rooms were clean and service was quick. Be aware this property backs onto a busy railroad that splits Canmore. You will hear the rumbling of the train coming by and feel some vibration. It does go by at a high speed so it doesnt linger. The AC helped but was quite dusty. All in all solid 3.5/5 for me!

At $400/night I expected more. We had a wedding, check in wasn’t until 4pm this made things difficult. There was very limited staff. The bath tub wasn’t clean, there were only 2 regular coffee pods and only 2 bath towels,the sofa had an uncomfortable rubber like fabric. The cheap coffee table had big chips, there was not one lamp, the bed was all spring and the sheets were very rough
