I I always love staying here, it's super convenient for my visits. The staff are great, and they even offered me a half-day rate for my late flight, which was phenomenal. Love seeing the front desk staff enjoying themselves while providing excellent service. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are very comfortable!

This was our second stay at this hotel. We love the location which is close to the park/waterfront and walking distance from shopping and a good selection of restaurants. Also the Urban Market has a great cafe for coffee/food plus a good selection of fresh produce. We definitely prefer the upgraded room which is a little more space and has a small table/chair set up, but the bidet option is available for all rooms. We took advantage of the gym/pool/hot tub which was lovely - esp since most of the time we were the only ones there! On the downside - parking is an expensive valet only option (less costly alternatives nearby) and there isn’t a business center or much in the way of open seating.
