Staff are very welcoming and cheerfully helpful. Room is everything a traveller needs.

The hotel has a great staff. The lobby is vast, and computers are available for guests' use. A shuttle every 30 minutes and baggage storage help with planning our travel. Our room was spacious. The restaurant serves delicious food, especially desserts. No playground nearby and benches outside, reconstruction is ongoing, so we believe area around the property will be impoved soon.

Very clean rooms and friendly helpfull staff

It was our second time at this hotel first time no issue Second time got woke up by a group chaperone at 12am as there was a mistake on hotel list. Same thing happen the next morning at 7:30 am. The next day saterday the cleaning lady just came in our room at 8:30 for cleaning as again error on list. Horrible experience

The location was convenient, rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool was nice as well.

The hotel was ok. The air conditioner in the room was noisy. The main areas of the room were clean but the room needed to be swiffered and the soap dispensers did not contain enough soap.

Hotel was modern and appeared clean. However, I arrived early and was told I needed to wait 30minutes and then my room should be ready. But, I went back multiple times only to be told I was “too early” and apparently right at 3:00pm, their official check-in time, and after 2.5hrs of waiting, my room was ready. It also seemed the housekeeping staff were not open to clear communication with the front desk which only worsened the experience. Also, the room was clean overall, especially the bed, however, the shower could’ve been cleaned a little better as I found loose hair and some smudges that I assume were from the previous guest. Lastly, the “runway view” room is a little mid-leading as it’s quite far away and you can barely make it out in the distance, as well, the window was dirty so it’s not worth the additional price. You also need to take an extra, separate elevator that is quite slow to get to the top floor.

Hotel is clean, staff are friendly. Shuttle bus drivers think they’re race car drivers. Good value.

Average hotel, average room. Bathroom could use a deep clean or renovation. All in all, fine.

Had a great stay overall. When we got into the room, there were a few hairs left behind on the floor, not the end of the world but a bit more attention to those details. Everyone was really friendly and the proximity to the airport and transportation to and from was excellent.

The place is clean and beautiful, food is good as well but the only issue is location. You either needs airport shuttle or drive everywhere.

Pool was super fun, the room was really nice and some members of the staff were really joyful and friendly. Great location with easy access to buses and a lot of nice restaurants around, walking distance. I loved it, will definitely go again.

Great airport location, but no free breakfast and $30 for parking brought the value down a bit.

Hotel shuttle Picking up at airport was a 50 minute wait. Take a urber as less than 10 min away. Would stay on lower floor. Nice staff and comfortable beds.

This a go to for me when staying at airport. Disappointed with the fact they were going to change my room category without any options ( they didnt at the end but I almost booked another hotel), not having proper coffee cups in the room, no room service available which is not a big thing but when I pick up the order was wrong made it frustrating. Still like this hotel, great location and good rooms just disappointed this time
