The walls are paper thin - good luck sleeping in, especially near the stairs, but service was beyond excellent.

Too much noise during the night, from people walking, dragging luggage’s and so on

The bedsheets were dirty and the bed was making noise, there were noises coming from outside, the flush wasn't working, and there was no microwave.

Stay was pleasant. My room was facing the highway and there was no noise which was wonderful. Bed was extremely comfortable. No microwave in the room. No carpeting so I found it a little echoey. Could hear the TV from the person across the hall. I stayed on the second floor and one night I could hear the radio from downstairs on the loudspeaker which was extremely loud. Housekeeping was great. They came in and made my bed every day and changed the towels. I came during the winter and found that the parking lot was not salted very well and found it very slippery. But overall, I had a great stay. I am not a fan of that part of Montreal and was only there to visit family. Driving around that part of town is very frustrating as there was a ton of traffic, but the hotel was very clean and I had no issues.

You get what you pay for. Lovely staff but overall very low quality hotel

I got there quite early, and they were able to check me in... super accomodating and friendly!

Affordable because it is somewhat a run down property that needs major renovations and soundproofing.

This property is clean and although its a bit older it seems to have some updates. However it is definitely not soundproof. In all my travels ive never stayed at a hotel with so much noise. I will be checking out this evening and findind another hotel.

I didn’t like anything, and when I booked it it said breakfast included, when I checked in I asked the receptionist what the serve breakfast. She answered me they don’t serve breakfast I to go out order my food. No help with your luggage when you checked in or checked out, very noisy , was horrible. I won’t recommend it to anyone

I want to say that only the staff at the reception desk is very good and friendly. The hotel is more like a motel. I moved three times by the staff to try to please me. After arriving, I called Hotels.com to cancel my reservation due to the hotel's poor quality. They can't cancel, and the hotel offered me an upgraded room. The room was worse than the first one, but the bed was a king size. My surprise is that the bathroom does not have hot water. I received another upgrade to a double queen bed, and it was even worse. The beds are not comfortable, and the frame that supports the mattress and box spring made a noise similar to a cat's cry. Additionally, the corridor is made of wood and you can hear everyone carrying their luggage outside your room very loudly. The staff effort is appreciated, but the experience was terrible. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.
