The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet. It was a very enjoyable stay. If I'm being fully transparent, if the underground parking is full, the other parking lot is quite a far walk if you have lots of luggage or the whether is not great.

I booked a room with a window view, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, and the overall stay was incredibly comfortable. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. While I do wish breakfast had been included, it didn’t take away from what was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend this hotel—especially for the stunning views it offers. A memorable stay!

We had a reservation and as we were driving to the hotel before 11pm after an exhaustive day of travel the staff called us and told us that they were cashing out for the night and that they had cancelled our reservation as they were full. There was an event going on in the city and after exhaustive calling we found the last room available in the city at the Prince Arthur hotel. Expedia was amazing handling my refund promptly. Was completely disappointed in the hotel that left two women stranded in a strange city after cancelling our reservation.

I travel quite a bit for work and I like to travel for pleasure as well. I must say that the Delta in thunder Bay has the best housekeeping I have experienced anywhere in a very long time.
Front desk staff is helpful, the bed is delightful, I only have two real complaints.
First of all the restaurant is not open for lunch and as a business traveller downtown thunder Bay there is almost nothing open for lunch on Mondays or Tuesdays so it would be great if the hotel had a simple lunch.
The other strange thing is that there is no floor length mirror in the room. There are many places that one would make sense yet not a single one in the room.
The Delta thunder Bay is the only place I like to stay when I am in thunder Bay!!

Very nice Hotel but the parking is very inconvenient. With the tracks you’re unable to walk to local restaurants and shopping.
It looks like it would be a beautiful place to visit in the summer
