Mandeep at the front desk is an amazing lady and is always ready to help her customers shes a kind soul. And the rooms are amazing clean abd love the fact they have a pet family room makes for a even better experience. I appreciate the front desk lady.

The property is very good overall
The customer service and the reception staff is super accomodating and polite
The girl who was on the reception was very polite and explained everything and check in process was very smooth
The rooms was very clean as well as the washroom!!
There is a small gym but it had what we needed:-)
Overall 5 star experience:-)

It was extremely noisy in the hotel and all the traffic it’s like there’s no sound barrier at all with outside noise I stay in Vancouver a lot and it’s quiet compared to this place

The desk assistant was very cheerful. The middle grass area was nice and clean. How ever the rooms had a musty smell i was in two different rooms and they both had a smell. At first our room smelled nice but however by the time we came back from dinner it had a smell. But overall it was clean and friendly staff

Price & location can’t be beat. Friendly staff at desk too. Lobby is attractive but rooms on the ground left hand side are pretty shabby & need Reno’s. I’ve stayed on right hand side before & those rooms were better.

Staff were very very nice and helpful.
If you see a warning sign to patrons that violence and foul language to staff will not be tolerated posted in elevator, probably not at the best property.
Room was musty and hot. Fine for a two night stay as a very low rate.
Change room to pool is run down, gym is in an odd space in the lobby entrance and not used.
Looks like the restaurants onsite closed down
It was a very busy and popular hotel. If return to Vernon would stay at the sandman or something newer.
Great price for room so zero complaints
