Best hotel ever

Our view was incredible

Absolutely perfect. Stunning views. Receptive staff. Comfy bedding. Just perfect

Clean room. Friendly staff. In and out parking. Very convenient location. They let us check in early and we even got to upgrade our room. The view from our room was the best view from a hotel I’ve ever had. Niagara Falls is breathtaking. Being able to look at your window and see it whenever you want is an experience my family will never forget. Highly Recommend.

have included breakfast, but not i was last booked in 2019 at 9/F fallsview view, but not mention when i am booking, due to i am major reason to rebook this time

The room was nice and clean. There was a long line for breakfast and the restaurant at 9th level is super expensive.

I have been to this property several times, every time I visited the quality and services downgrades, this time it was the worst, I will never come to this property. there was nothing closer to worth the price I paid for. The breakfast, the room condition and facilities.

We had a wonderful time with our small family this past weekend the biggest thing for us was waiting for the elevator at one point almost 20 minutes huge flaw . They all should have been made like the big elevator in the back more room and could take a lot more ppl to there floors quicker

We chose to upgrade the room based off of being told at check in this was the 2nd best room available. The tv did not work in one of the rooms, we never received vending tokens, and just expected the rooms to be nicer overall.

Very small room

We found the property extremely clean and staff delivered outstanding customer service during a busy March Break. Staff was incredibly helpful and the breakfast buffet areas were exceedingly well organized to getting people seated and looked after efficiently. We brought our young granddaughters with us. They absolutely loved the pool and whirlpools, the buffet breakfasts and arcade experience. The only concern was we had was no housekeeping on the Friday of our stay. We made a point to be out of our room at least 4 times that day. We had to call front desk for towel replacement and they were just dropped off on the couch. No one came into the room to replenish cups or empty the garbages. We will return to your hotel and recommend it.
