We really liked how spacious our room was. The washroom was also quite spacious. everything was very clean. The breakfast area was really well maintained. The staff right from check in, breakfast area, housekeeping to staff we saw cleaning the elevator were all warm and friendly.

We had 6 in our family and this was a perfect spot. The room was large with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch.
Breakfast was fantastic!! The pool was shut down for maintenance but arrangements had been made with the hotel across the parking lot. We were pleased.

The front desk when I checked in did not say a word to me except what is your last name and I need Id and a credit card. No hello how are you, do you have a reservation, nothing. They then proceed to announce what room I was in. I thought they stopped that for security purposes. The room and facilities were fine but the greeting upon entering was not.

Asked for a glass or plastic cup, staff said they did not have any. After explaining why I needed a glass or plastic up (need to clean retainers with polydent acid), they gave me two very dirty wine cups, which I refused. They then took the wine cups to the back (presumably to wash them) and then came back with plastic ups. The staff seem to focus on doing as little as possible for the client until forced. The entire interaction took 7 minutes of back and forth when it should have taken 30 seconds.

Good experience overall with my family. The pool was under maintenance so that wasn’t ideal. Overall good quality though, comfortable beds and a clean room!

The manager was rude. When we asked for a discount because when we booked the hotel there was no mention that the pool was out of order the manager raised his voice and said it was posted (in fine print). The hotel itself is pretty basic. Breakfast is the same thing every day (we stayed for 5 nights). Parking was hard to find if we arrived after 10pm. Room service only came every other day (again not mentioned). We would ask for things and staff did provide them on demand. But we would have to ask for them to empty our garbages, extra towels, and toilet paper. Just seemed like we could have gotten better amenities for the same price at any other near by hotel. It’s a 3 out of 5 for us.

Rooms are clean, well-appointed and spacious. Toiletries are excellent. Good customer service from reception staff Breakfast poor. We are expected to eat and drink from throw-away paper plates and cups and use small, flimsy plastic cutlery -awful! One of our party left their laptop in the bedroom rooms but contact has been impossible-No phone response on the number given on the website! Hopeless!
