Excellent rooms and breakfast was awesome. Would like to see less plastic and disposables used at breakfast and in the rooms (plastic bags around cups etc. Quiet, clean, good facilities etc, out of city centre but close to shopping for picking up forgotten or needed items and quick access to main tourist sites.

First time staying here, as my usual go to hotel was not available. Comfortable, spacious room. Quick check in and welcoming staff at reception. The TV was poor, there was no info in the guide - not sure if that was the norm or if something was off. The ironing board in the room was a small table top board and that didn't work well for me. I didn't try the breakfast. I felt the property was overpriced. Not likely to stay here again.

When we checked in the two staff that was on was outstanding, we got back to the room later and put the kids to bed only to find dry blood and yellow staining all over the blanket I took pictures and when I told staff about it this morning because I removed all bedding for my daughter to sleep and the response was oh that’s unfortunate I paid over 300 dollars for 1 night to get a bed with dry blood on it not acceptable I would like to have a manager contact me to discuss what happened

It was a great Hotel easy checkin very nice room beds were very comfortable we had to check out early because of a early flight and they gave us a brown bag breakfast it was really nice to receive it.

Staff was helpful on check in and out. Breakfast was great with more options than I expected. Shuttle, while in the shop, was easily rectified with taxis arranged both ways.
Room was clean and quiet.
7 mins away from the airport so great location for a night before an early flight.
