Hampton Inn by Hilton Cornwall

The staff here were very friendly. It was a great stay!

The room was clean the breakfast was good.the pool was great with a big fitness room

When arrived, we were informed the pool is not working, the main purpose of taking the hampton was the pool, as we have booked with expedia a third party the receptionist cannot do anything. Then the heat in the room was not working we had to change rooms

Staff was great, beautiful pool and gym but I stayed for 4 days/3 nights not once did staff come into the room to make the bed (that I don't mind) but never checked to see if I needed more towels. I thought it was strange as they have a note on the mirror stating housekeeping comes around every second day. Got to the room and the heat was turned off so it was a little cold checking in. Breakfast buffet was ok/good compared to other Hampton Inn by Hilton in other cities. Was disappointed to find paper plates, cutlery and plastic cups. I find it hard to eat and don't find it enjoyable using recycled wooden cutlery. Also not very good for the environment even if it's recyclable. Overall very good, best choice for staying in Cornwall.

Clean and comfortable

Checkin was simple and the staff very polite. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable.

The vent makes a constant buzzing noise like there’s a horde of bees in it and when it finally shut off, the a/c would start. The bed mattresses are about a hundred years old. The lighter person will roll down to the heavier person. They need to update them. There was a children’s hockey team spending the night and while the parents were downstairs drinking beer the kids were running all around. I know it’s not really the fault of the hotel, but the management should have said something about the kids. The breakfast wasn’t even any good. They can’t cook porridge and the pancake mix got stuck to the waffle iron. I could not wait to leave that hotel. Never again will I stay there.

Nice hotel

This is an alright option in Cornwall, although there are others that are more comfortable and with better breakfast. The hotel is new, staff are pleasant. I heard some noise in my room from the hallway -- doors opening, kids running, etc. Breakfast is okay, but other hotels have better. The bathroom faucet was a strange design and leaked all over the counter. A bit pricey for what it was.

Check-in was great. Upon arrival in the room, tv was not working. Front desk sent up a person who got it working right away

Clean rooms, the only negative thing about our stay were the pillows that were really uncomfortable , had a bad neck all day afterwards

it's Hilton quality. The hotel is clean, efficient, no nasty surprises.
