Enjoyed the beautiful garden and scenery. Felt warm and welcoming from the very start. Restaurant was very nice with good food and great service. Close proximity to wineries and the QEW making it a very convenient location

We liked that it was a smaller hotel. No wait for elevators, lots parking. Great breakfast. We didnt get to have a dinner.
Rooms were clean. All staff were helpful courteous, especially our waitress at breakfast, unfortunately i can't remember her name.
Definately recommend!

Staff was lovely, amazing customer service experience and general interactions were great. We had a room with the jetted tub which was lovely! There were two quirks we noticed about the room, the first being that there was a sliding door to the washroom that didn’t properly remain closed and the base of the bed appeared to be steel. Moving in the middle of the night was a bit annoying as the sound kept waking me up. Overall though, great place, well maintained, peaceful and amazing staff!!!

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. When arriving late, the parking lot can be very crowded and perhaps a few extra spaces during the busy times would be appreciated by guests.

One hour after we left, we called the hotel because we left our Samsung charger in the room and it has been impossible to get an answer from the front desk or housekeeping
