Stay was good until we had to check out a day early that's when the problems started, the hotel manager did not want to hear that it was up to them to refund a day to call Expedia & when I did all I got was a sigh & click, hung up on.

The poor rating is on expedia, not the hotel itself. Expedia had an option for 20 dollars extra for a meal. I paid it but got no breakfast included even though I paid the extra!

The toilet flush handle broke and no one came to fix like I was told at front desk! Lucky I’m handy and was about to at least flush the toilet by lifting the mechanism after I removed the toilet tank top! Poor service would come to mind! We noticed there was very few towels and none at the pool!

When a person is booking for a several night stay you look for specific things in a hotel. I was to stay for three nights four days, therefore I looked for the hotels services. This hotel claimed it had a restaurant and a pub besides a pool. Great. I was glad of these specific services because I didn’t want to drive anywhere for food or drink(watching the hockey game in the pub). BUT this hotel’s restaurant is closed by 8 pm, 1:30 pm on Sunday, and pub most nights by 7:30 pm. I find this a case of miss representation of services offered Before booking. I would
not have booked this hotel if I had known of its “roll up the services by 8 pm” 6 days a week NEVER!

Good, basic accommodation for a family get-together. Room was fine. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Toilet had some trouble flushing but not seriously.
