Clean and spacious room. Good selection of coffee in the rm. Nice gym space. Can walk to restaurants.

We stay here often before we need to catch a flight. It’s very close to the airport which is great for early morning flights.

Great rooms and close to airport.

We called in to make sure our reservation was ok we didn't know what time we would be arriving. I have stayed at your hotel many times and have enjoyed it. Your person (male) that was on your front desk couldn't find our reservation and gave us a run around for 20 minutes. when he found it he didn't even apologize. We requested a room that was close to out our companions which he said he did. Upon arrival we were on the 3rd and the other on the 5th. Our rooms were clean but customer service left a lot to be desired. He had no interest in helping us even when I asked if he was the young man we had spoken to. I expected better from your hotel.

Already filled out previous email about dirty bed conditions. Don’t know why I’m wasting my time twice.

Great hotel! Excellent service

We stayed in a queen suite. It was spacious and comfortable. Water pressure was excellent in the shower. Would definitely stay here again!

A long way from town. Limited food options nearby. You can’t beat it if you want to be close to the airport.

Remarkable

The cleanliness of the room was absolutely disgusting. The first thing I noticed as I was using the bathroom were drippings and splash marks on the shower tiles from the reflection of the vanity light. Secondly the toilet paper was roughly torn off and looked freshly used, which made me feel gross, like I was using the washroom after someone else. Then I go to sit in the arm chair and there is a huge junk of chocolate under the side table on the floor and crumbs on the side table. To pay $177 for this experience was disappointing to say the least.
