This was my second stay here. I prefer it to staying in Niagara Falls. Everything was 10-15 minutes away by drive. Will stay here again.

Great location to the concert venue we attended . Like a 3 minute drive. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable, nice, and spacious.

We like that breakfast was included & it was a great breakfast. We forgot completely to ask for a receipt for the stay & we weren't given one nor asked if we like one. We normally get a receipt from other hotels when we checked out.

Staff is always really nice, room is clean and comfortable. Included breakfast is decent, with varying options for eggs, sausage/bacon, pancakes, cereals, yoghurt, breads. Would like to see more fruit than banana and apple. Breakfast room staff are always really nice. Our only criticism is that the plowing of the parking lot and salting of the walkways wasn't great. We were nervous about icy spots and couldn't park in some spots because it hadn't been plowed well. The Hilton across the road seemed to have that handled much better. Still a favorite spot to stay, convenient, comfortable and clean, with very pleasant staff.

Clean and well equipped rooms with very comfortable beds! Staff were amazing across the board, and the breakfast room staff in particular I were so helpful and patient with our busy (and messy) young kids.
