Close to Pearson Airport and hotel has a shuttle. Having stayed in various over the years, this hotel requires some re-work of the rooms and existing furniture. Starting to look old!!

Hotel was convenient in its location and shuttle service. I was on a front room so there was some traffic noise all night but not too bad

The front desk clerk ( women) was so rude and constantly looking at me like I did not belong in there hotel because as I was 23 years old student flying in from Barcelona to spend a week at my folks place in the Bahamas. As I was renting a room for the 17 hour layover so unprofessional even though the room was prepaid by my dad.

Toilets are old and low. New toilet lid at minimum. Room was dusty with stains on ceiling. Water in shower was opposite to direction. Heater would not turn off and no knobs. Planes going overhead at night were very loud. Staff very good and friendly. Bathroom door was a slider and no lock on it or fan in bathroom

The hotel is very old and needs some upgrading. Our room must have been an old smoker room. The floors were all out of sorts from maybe water damage.
