Be careful, charged the full amount twice for our 3 day stay. Had to fight hard to get get a refund which eventually was processed, even they got the amount incorrect. We got the feeling that the front desk staff were blaming us for what is clearly their error, after all it is their computer system. Plenty of hotels in Vancouver, highly recommend you look elsewhere

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Love the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone!!

Great service

The property itself was updated and clean, staff were nice. The location is in the “entertainment” district, so if that’s what you’re going for it’s excellent - I don’t suggest for families as the street activity in the immediate area is not very family friendly.

Very nice, convenient hotel right on Granville St in the heart of Vancouver. Seems to have been fully renovated from the “old days” of Hotel Belmont. Staff were wonderful and the rooms were modern, funky and comfortable. We looked right on to busy Granville street and with the windows closed were amazed at how quiet the room was. No noise heard overnight.

Staff were all good and friendly to us, especially the cleaning staff who were very pleasant every time we saw them! We appreciated that the hotel was recently renovated. We chose it because we liked the style and aesthetic in the photos that we saw. The room seemed small to us at first, but we soon got used to it and appreciated the high ceiling and modern bathroom. The bedding was excellent, and we loved the quality of the mini complimentary coffees in the room. We were each given a free drink ticket for the lounge and the pale ale was very good. The bartender was very pleasant. The only real cons for us were that we're light sleepers and struggled a bit with the sounds of the air vents, fridge, and the outdoor downtown street events that would go until 2 or 3 AM on the weekend. These were minor and mostly out of the hotel's control, so we certainly don't blame the hotel for that. We're lighter sleepers than most so doubt it would be a problem for most people. Overall it was one of the quieter hotels we've been to, which is impressive for being downtown.

Super cute hotel, great food options in the restaurant.

This was a fabulous boutique hotel. Beautifully renovationed with bold colors and classy fixtures. The staff went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed for a safe and comfortable stay. Housekeeping was spot on and things were very clean. The restaurant/ bar attached had the best and most fun waitress and great food. We will be back.

Very convenient location!

Fantastic stay! Love the esthetic, beds were comfortable and clean, bar was nice. The only thing to complain about was the coffee machine, I couldn't figure that sucker out so early in the morning. I would definitely recommend, and book there again myself. Thanks!

We were in for a concert. Loved it here!

The hotel is very good, new and with modern interior design. Our room was very comfortable, only issue was the noisy air conditioning. We had breakfast included and the breakfast is simple but good. The location is the major issue, although it is very central and close to restaurants and shops, it is located in an odd area let me say majorly in the night, lots of drunk and drugged people around.

Great location for walking to different places

Hotel had a funky vibe and room was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A tad noisy at night due to being in the entertainment area, and sadly there appeared to be quite a few homeless people in close proximity, but the range of dining options was phenomenal.
