No ceiling lights, the bed was old, the heater not working in the bathroom and very loud outdoor. The other bedrooms were pretty much more comfortable!

This is a nice quiet place to sleep. Everything marches the price overall good bang for the buck when you're just looking for a good nights sleep with a restaurant on site

Room was clean, the personnel very polite and willing to help any time. I had a confusion with our reservation and they were very patient with us.

Old bed squeaky, fridge made noise all night, bathtub disgusting, all towels hard and disgustingly stained. We did not shower yuck, water infiltration, TV had hardly any channels 😑 Never again 😑

Nice place to stay

Having looked for and booked a simple, clean, and comfortable sleep experience in proximity to our family's location, we knew not to expect a resort, but come on folks, I don't think that expecting a warm room with a working TV is asking too much. The room was cold and while the individual room heater did cycle on every now and then, it was neither for a long enough time nor was it frequent enough. The room was cold. Clearly nobody checks to see if the electronics work in the rooms, because after not being able to turn on the TV, when I checked to see if the TV remote had batteries, they were completely corroded and stuck in their compartment. The TV couldn't even be turned on by its physical/local power switch either.

Worse room I ever stayed in a hotel. Smell bad and the furniture is very old. This hotel needs a renovation.

Asked for a room on the lower level(seniors) and the room was only a double bed yet we paid for a queen beed. Bed was terrible and the tv didn't work. We asked for a queen bed room and needed a second floor room. Bed was much better and the tv worked. No elevator and the stairs are not very good. Spiral stairs with narrow treads on inside curve. Not impressed with the place and won't stay there again.

You advertize a price for the stay and they charge us more. The hôtel told me that they do not have anything to do With hôtel.com we paid more that you advertise for the room . last time i do business with you. I’am very mad

Quiet and clean with friendly staff.

Starting with the bed it's very uncomfortable, when 2 people sleep it's like there's a hole in the middle where we both slip in. The pillows were good though but they only give 1 pillow each The bathtub shower is too small, I almost slipped a few times because of how curved and slim it is The hallways are dark and dirty, it is not very clean. Sofas in the room have stains When the AC is on it stinks just a little bit My family friend that was also with us, the room cleaners did NOT clean the room for the second day, we had to tell them
