Be aware! Bora bora only opens on weekends in Apeil. We figured out only when we reached hotel. It would be nice to warn the guest at booking time that no indoor water park is open during the week.

It was a group of us both kids and adults and it was great for all with the tubing, water park and ice hotel it was wonderful.

Outstanding view, Outstanding staff. The room is perfectly clean and organized!! You have everything you need its a wonderful place to stay-cation.

The hotel was great, my son enjoyed the arcade and the tubbing as well as visiting the ice hotel. Unfortunately the restaurant selection is really not fantastic. The breakfast restaurant was serving molded waffles. The pizza and pasta restaurant was very basic, felt like it was frozen pizza and lasagna, we ordered parmesan fries and it was two fried squares that you can get at the grocery store.

Clean room staff are grate

We had a wonderful time during a family trip. We travelled two adults a 3.5 year old and a 9 year old. We booked the king suite with 1 queen murphy bed , it was a great room. Spacious enough, the kids thought the murphy bed was cool. The view of the mountain was beautiful, super clean. Hotel staff was really nice and spoke English pretty well, we did not have any issues with that. The tubing hills were amazing, so many hills and bigger than I have ever seen before. The kids had a blast but it was very cold so if going during the winter make sure the kids and even adults have really warm gear and googles as you go down the hills very fast. Bora Parc was fantastic, the kids loved it. Super cool inside , a lot of slides even my 3.5 year who is 41inch could get on most of the big slides. the only thing about the water park I found was it was a little chilly inside not as warm as you would think it would be in a inside waterpark. My biggest complaint which was not even that bad in the grand scheme of things is that the food was not very good at any of the restaurants. So be prepared for that, do not expect a great meal. More like basic chalet food, which is fine but just be aware. Also the stores close at or before 6pm and the restaurants other than one were all closed for food by 9. Overall I would definitely recommend, we had the best time and we have already booked to go back in the summer to try the outdoor waterpark!
