All around excellent hotel. Large, clean, and comfortable. Good location, kind staff. I can’t say anything negative.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel when visiting Montreal. It is very close to St Catherine’s street and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. Check in is easy and the onsite parking is a bonus! The hotel room and bathroom were very clean. We will likely stay here again when we visit Montreal in the future!

Always my go to hotel downtown with my children. Room is spacious and the staff is always so nice and helpful.

Amazing parts - location, staff, service, room size (hilariously big family suite). Needs Improvement parts - no hot breakfast, outdated furniture, valet only. Would stay here again for sure!

Large family units with full kitchen and two bathrooms

We only stayed one night, but we all agreed we could live in the suite for a long time! I could not find one thing that didn't meet with my fairly picky standards. It was very comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely stay there again if in Montreal.

Our second stay here and hope to return again. Pristine accommodations, large room, and friendly staff. In a great location for exploring the city. Breakfast is good, though quite a crowded little space each morning. It’s a good choice for seeing lovely Montreal.

This was our second stay, I can say a tradition has formed, first 6 years ago. Service of parking attendants and front desc was perfect and we loved kitchen. Rooms are spacious and have high ceilings. We were given a room 3.5 hours earlier than check in time which was super appreciative after driving from NYC. Breakfast- no hot food and can get crowded but still enjoyable for a good variety. Notre Dame is about 20 min walk. We will be back soon

We visited Montreal as a family of two adults and two young children, and were hugely impressed by the hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which was enormous, with a really roomy bedroom separated with a door from the living area. The living area was also very spacious, with a pull out double bed for the children. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishwasher, over, stove, large fridge and freezer, microwave etc etc. Incredible city views from the 10th floor, and no noise. Everything spotlessly clean, and well maintained with daily housekeeping. Another fantastic asset for families is the self-service laundromat on the pool level. The top floor pool and rooftop terrace were hugely enjoyed - our kids wanted a dip every day! Breakfast is included - it's a small, cold buffet but more than met our needs: various breads, cakes, cheese, cold meats, hardboiled eggs, yoghurts, fruit, coffee, tea etc etc. Gluten-free toast available on request. Be aware the breakfast room is not huge so gets very crowded indeed at peak times. All the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The price was excellent and we really felt the hotel offered INCREDIBLE value, particularly with its excellent, central location. Phillips Square itself is pleasant and buzzy with lots of cafes and restaurants. The Old Town is a pleasant 15-20 min walk away. All in all, hugely recommend for any visitor looking for a centrally-located hotel, and it's particularly brilliant for families.

We enjoyed the full kitchen in our room, The pool and outdoor lounge area and the guest laundry was usefull! Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. The Metro was also nearby and accessible.

There's construction next door but it does not impact my stay. I love the location as it's easy to go left or right and explore downtown. 5 min walk from train station.

Good place to stay

This is our 2nd time staying here. Love the location and staff are so helpful.

Great hotel. Suites are spacious and very clean. Also great soundproofing ! Breakfast was busy but we took out food back to our room for a more relaxed breakfast option. Air con isn’t noisy like we find in a lot of hotels. I’d definitely recommend this hotel, particularly for family stays. Oh and the pool and rooftop terrace are a great too !

Loved the spacious room

This is a hidden gem in downtown Montreal. Had a family suit for a family of 5 and it was very spacious. The kitchen and large dinning table allowed us to cook a few meals “at home” after busy days travelling the city. This location is walkable to Old Montreal, Rue St. Catherine and the metro. We had a great week. We loved the deck upstairs and breakfast was great to start off our day.

The staff were fantastic. Pool was lovely. Breakfast included was very convenient.

The hotel was walkable to many attractions. The hotel has valet parking for your car making a trip easy to manage
