Great location in Old Port. Convenient to the metro. In the heart of major tourist area, so there was a little noise at night, one should be prepared for that. However, the off property lofts were very spacious, and the kitchenette proved to be a good amenity to our stay. We would choose this property again.

Friendliest most helpful hospitality staff anywhere. The terrase on floor 5 is formidable with great good. Stayed in the lofts so you have to be able to climb stairs. Old Montreal rocks and wonderful atmosphere makes the stay memorable.

It was a charming loft in the heart of Old Montreal. The staff were extremely nice and helpful when needed. Valet parking was great. Stairs only to lofts, which might pose an issue to some guests.

Check in was friendly and easy; it is at the Auberge hotel and they carried our luggage to the lofts across the street. We stayed in 706. Location was perfect for touring old town. Room was very clean but the furniture is getting tired. Stained sofa, big dip in mattress. We booked for kitchen and extra space and we received that. Good glasses and dishes. Wifi was spotty to non-existent. We had to use our data or hop on the steakhouse wifi. Also, if you are sensitive to noise, we had a family above us and the children sounded like running buffalo above. If you get lucky and have adults, you will just hear them walking across the floor but it’s manageable. If someone is loud it could ruin a stay. No street noise with the windows closed. We were out most of the time, but if I had to work in, I would have had to request a new room. For this reason, I would choose different accommodation next time unless they could guarantee a top floor.

This was our second time at this property. First time was in the main hotel on rue commune. This one was in a seperate building above the vieux port steakhouse.
This time we were in the lofts. They are large with a fully stocked kitchen and sitting area.
Issues were the bed was way too soft and lumpy. Definitely not my style.
Shower was nice but would change temperature often making it less than comfortable.
Overall a great stay but was not as nice as the main hotel.

Was a very nice comfortable stay. A little noisy as we were in the heart of Old Montreal but we chose that. Staff were excellent especially Bleze at front desk who went out of his way for us. Enjoyed roof top restaurant thanks to Bleze. Facility and amenities very good. Great location, everything walkable.

Very spacious loft unit literally in the heart of Old Port (Old Montreal) - the location and space are 5 stars. the Unit and building itself (Loft building) is a little dated and interior could use a freshen-up, but very acceptable all things considered.
The hotel that is a street away is always available for room service and house keeping calls which is nice, and valet service was good as well (and highly recommend)
