We had a beautiful stay here. The design is exceptional — easily one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. The staff were absolutely lovely: friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The location is great and very walkable. A few things to note. On Saturday night the restaurant downstairs turns into a nightclub, and the bass was audible and could be felt in the room until after midnight. Earplugs are provided, but light sleepers should be aware. There is also some street noise. The heat pump (which we were advised to use as a fan) was difficult to operate and beeped with an error overnight. I had requested a fan and kettle in advance; kettles aren’t provided. There is a Nespresso machine, but the pod holder was empty on our first day. Staff happily brought hot water when asked, but in-room tea would have been more convenient. Breakfast (banana bread and yogurt with granola) is delivered daily. Storage space is minimal, there were no bath towels on our first day, and there’s no elevator (reception is on the second floor). Overall, the space is stunning and the staff truly wonderful.

Room was spotless, chic and the bed was incredibly comfortable! We had a glitch or two, but the front desk team was quick to spring into action and fix it. All in all a WONDERFUL stay. Taking one star off because of issue with "valet parking". We self parked, were leaving early and were approached and told (by valet team) that we could not park where we did. Trusting them, we handed them our keys and went inside. Well, the car stayed right where we parked it - all night long! If that's the case, build the fee into the room, I wouldn't have cared as the room was lovely, but instead we paid for valet service that never touched our car.

The room was clean , and had all the necessary amenities . The room on the main floor beside the front desk is very poorly sound proofed , so we were able to hear everyone coming in and out , but helped to have the speaker on in the room . The shower is lovely , the bed is very comfy. Staff was lovely

Had to fight for breakfast on the 26th, I wasn’t happy about that… no one was at the front desk and we ended up getting it late only after I had gone to Makro to complain. We also got locked out of our room due to mechanical failure, but the staff did their best to save the day and also gave us a complimentary dinner which we enjoyed. It made up for the stress we faced and we are grateful. Overall after the initial issues were resolved, we enjoyed our stay, and we understand Christmas season is a bit tough to handle. Great decor, smells amazing and nice location.

This is a great boutique option for those looking for a more authentic Montreal experience. Griffintown has a lot of great cafes and restaurants, all a very short walk from the hotel. The canal being nearby is also a nice plus. Easy to walk downtown and to the metro. The hotel itself has cozy, curated atmosphere from the lobby to the rooms. The rooftop patio is also a nice plus.
