Fantastic location (steps from the Frontenac & Governor's Promenade), super easy after hours check in, friendly staff, very clean and overall just a perfect place to stay in old Quebec City.
We could not have been happier with the value for the price. Finishes are a little dated and worn (some small peels in wallpaper etc) but very clean regardless. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location was fantastic. We also loved the rooftop patio. We could walk to all the restaurants in Old Quebec City. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. No staff onsite after 6 pm but we had access to supplies if needed. Wonderful spot for walking Old Quebec. Room was large and comfortable. Beds are very soft… good for me but not my husband. Umbrellas provided but most were broken…. bring your own lol. Coffee in room was excellent and no extra charge. Very pleased overall.
