We had a nicely renovated room on the 6 th. Floor . Our friends were situated in an old unrenovated room on the 5 th . Floor and said it was definitely the worst hotel room that they had ever stayed in .
They advised the front desk that if they were not here for a party that evening, they would have checked out and returned home. They paid the same as we did so if you are not guaranteed the. 6 th, floor or a totally renovated room , please stay somewhere else.

Loved the room . Super clean and comfortable, however the comp breakfast was a little disappointing . Toast and butter does not cut it and the other things like the fruit was out and we had to ask . Possible eggs next time

There is too much going on in the hotel the desk staff or not people friendly and wen ask a question its like get away from me kind of thing breakfast is not breakfast because ever morning u have to go to them for a paper to get it and wen u get there is like muffin coffee and orange dats it no eggs etc and they dont ask u if u wood like anything jus wat u see

6 of us (3 rooms) attended a wedding reception within walking distance of the hotel. 4 of us had new renovated rooms, 2 had original with a single bed only - one of them slept on a couch. After they heard that we had renovated rooms, they were quite unhappy. Mgmt could not have known that the 6 of us were a group as we all book individually but quite unfortunate one couple rec'd a poor room.

The staff was great. Restaurant food and servers were amazing. The only thing was the people smoking pot in the rooms. When walking the halls it was noticeable.

The room smelled like actual cigarettes. The curtains were very dirty. Bathroom floor was not swept or mopped. There were “things” around the toilet floor / might have been skid marks.
