Our room was so hot, we tried to adjust the thermostat but it was not working and we tried to put the air on and that was not working.
It was after 11 pm and the staff was not on so we opted not to make an issue of it as we had already settled in for the night. But will definitely not recommend it to a friend and will not stay there again.

That I couldn’t get my deposit back the same day. Had to return the next day to pick up my deposit because there wasn’t anyone available to check my room.

Heat didn’t work very good was either too hot or too cold, you could hear everything outside and smell smoke from the room next to us.

They have a very bad policy whereby you have to stay with your dogs constantly. Who goes on vacation just to sit in your hotel with your dogs?? Ridiculous. Never going there again. Pointless.

not very much parking in front of motel rooms and they were crowded with big trucks that parked over the lines so couldn't park between them.
Could not see the numbers on the doors at night as the doors where dark coloured and the numbers were black

Very good location close to all amenities. The back lane rooms are very quiet and though appear sketchy the area is well lit and safe. We had a couple of issues with the room which were quickly resolved by desk clerk Ahmad. Excellent service by all staff. Liked the clean laminate flooring. Way better than carpet. Will certainly return.
