The fire alarm went off 13 times the first night of our stay. At no time did management contact us to explain what was going on. We called down to find out what was going on. They told us to ignore it without any explanation of what was happening. It went off all throughout the night and none of us slept AT ALL. It was miserable!

For the price, it's exactly what you need. The bed was comfortable enough. Wifi was a bit spotty when streaming movies. The water in the shower can be very tempermental. Ours would fluctuate between somewhat warm, to suddenly burning hot or freezing cold. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The room was clean and set up as advertised. We were really only there to sleep, so it was perfect for us. There is no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs to your room. If the front door is locked late at night because the employee is busy there's a room key card reader outside the door. It does not work well. You have to quickly slide your card in and out multiple times until you hear the door click.
It's close enough to Clifton Hill that you can walk if physically able. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We never had a problem parking. If you're just looking for a place to sleep while exploring Niagara this motel does the trick.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was on a major street close ish to restaurants and the Falls. The parking lot could do with more lighting beyond the initial quarter of the lot. Room was clean and very well lit (which is something I wish other hotels would do too). The bed was comfortable. The room was perfectly functional and was generally in good shape but it did have a few dings (i.e., duck tape on the floor over the lintel of the bathroom door, water stained chair). The hotel room price was definitely competitive and despite the few dings I would stay here again.
