The staff are always friendly and the main area is nice. The rooms are outdated so I do think it would be nice for them to update the rooms, especially the bathrooms.

Old hotel , very dated , tiny bathroom , strange TV system , tech has to come to our room to turn on ( he was very quick to come bravo )
Very strong scent of air freshener
But went for supper and left windows open and this dissipated .

We had a room next to the bar with a band playing. It was very noisy. Politely asked to be moved and it was not an issue at all. Great service.

It wasn't that it was that dirty but the pillows smelled of past customers. There was long black hair in different places in the room, mirror, bathroom, & carpet. The hotel is dated and old, most rooms do not have fridges. Too much money for what you get.
People were very nice though, that saved the day.

Hotel was located on the highway, but the room was messy, staff were unable to help. Both restaurants were closed (5pm) and vending machines were sold out. Carpet is very dated and musty smelling and cable doesn’t work….

We booked a room with 2 beds. When we checked in. They wanted to send us to another part of the hotel across the street. We first went to that address. It looked abandoned or a storage place.
The staff were able to get us a room in the main hotel. The pub and restaurant were great and the service wonderful. Actually the staff made our stay there pleasant. Be careful what you book online.

Very dated decor, small rooms , likely built in the early 1960s, bathtub bottom scratched, noisy doors that bang and wake you up. Lobby looks nice but the rest of the place is just very old. No or little soundproofing in rooms

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was very dated though. Bathtub and shower looked very used, drywall was cracking up in the bathroom. There were two beds in the room, I'm not sure about one of them but the one I slept in was very uncomfortable. Pillows were very thin. The air conditioner did work very well, which was a good thing because it was a very warm weekend. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. The stay was good but I do think they could work on updating the rooms.

Overall clean, safe and quiet. Stayed on a Sunday, so dining room both Sunday and Monday was unavailable. Had to either backtrack Westbound or drive several kms for breakfast or that first cup of coffee
