“I was confused about the pet policy. Their listing said pets are allowed, but I was still charged per pet. They mentioned that if we called ahead to let them know we had pets, there wouldn’t be a charge. That’s why I gave them 3 stars.”

The hotel rooms are like small apatments and very roomy also hotel was quiet and the hot tub and sauna were great!

Friendly Staff, easy access and parking, clean, lots of room. We are in town on buisness but this would be a nice place to visist with family.

These suites are a beautiful luxury! There is a bit of wear in the rooms, but it’s only minor. The value for money is so worth it for these amazingly big suites with beautiful jacuzzi tubs

We stayed pre-season, so some of the facilities were unavailable. Condo was a nice size, kitchen had everything. Staff were excellent. This is a beautiful area.

I enjoyed the property, it is an old building which I don’t mind at all! We enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna.

This is a very family friendly resort with kids running around outside having a great time. They made a lot of noise and this isn’t the hotel’s fault. There are balconies out back with a walk way and kids would run back and forth right behind our place screaming. We had to ask them to be quiet a few times and this was at 10pm. Seems the parents just let the kids run wild with very little supervision and the place is not very sound proof. Perfect for families, not great for couples looking to relax. Would be nice to have an adults only hour at the hot tub at the end of the days as it was kid takeover all the time - again, not much supervision. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but maybe some more walk arounds would be good or clearer communication to parents. The room was really good tho! Good amenities even though it’s older. Had everything you need. The room was huge and tons of storage space. I’d come back with my kids and it’s nice that it’s pet friendly but if you are in need of quiet, it’s not the place. You could hear kids in every level, even under us and we were on the top floor. There’s also no elevators so it’s a lot to cart everything up 3 flights but I can’t imagine how loud it would have been for others on lower levels.

I like the suites, the quietness of the place and the facilities, except the resort fees. We didn't use the gym, hot tub, and sauna and i think that we should have discount on that. We only want to use the swimming pool but it was closed. Overall, I like the accommodation.

Had a beautiful view of the mountains from my room. Communication with front desk was great and all concerns were dealt with swiftly and professionally. They really made me feel welcomed

The furniture (couches) may need to be updated / reupholstered. We did not sit on them.

Very convenient and affordable property. A quick drive to the fairmont hot springs resort and having a kitchen unit in the suite was really good. Also liked that it was pet friendly !

There is no elevator to start. There were many things damaged and patched work done to repair. No plug in around beds or night stands. You could feel the springs in the mattress and the bed was unstable. You could hear all the noise in all the rooms around you. The hot tub is barely big enough for a family. Glad i stayed during the winter, will not be returning for the waterpark. If they repair the rooms so poorly what are the repairs and maintenance at the pool and slides.

We always like staying at this property but every time we come we have issues with the hot water. We never did get more than Luke warm in the kitchen sink even after reporting the issue. We were told the place might have laid dormant and we might have to run the water for 5 minutes or so. This 5 minutes ran into between 10 and 12 minutes and it still wasn’t as warm as a normal hot water tap. Later after doing the dishes, the cold water tap started outputting warmer water than the hot tap for at least 10 minutes. So their water taps are a bit crazy. We also ended up using our hand vacuum we bring to suck up a bunch of spider webs in the windows and ceiling and corners. Didn’t look like this particular room had been used or cleaned very well for a while. There is also a lot of dog shat on the property that really should be picked up by owners but unfortunately if not should be cleaned up by management. As far as the hot water issue, as an example the “hot tub” in the bathroom to get any hot water was to leave it run until the tub was half full then more warmer water started to flow. We had the same issue with it the next day. Every time we would turn on the hot water tap Luke warm to cold water flowed. If you ran it for at least 10 minutes then it would get a little warmer. We boiled water to do the dishes. So if you can get past the water and a lot of spider webs, some with spiders it had a comfortable bed with semi stuffed pillows, comfortable couch and love seat.
